Personality: Hokari is usually always a very calm and cool person. He likes to be in control of the battle and nearly always prefers order over chaos. He has a good sense of humor and is far form emotionless he likes to play tricks on people and finds it quite funny to scare them sometimes. He dislikes people who just seek battle and slaughter for entertainment. He also disdains those who think they're better then others just because they have something impressive like a powerful jutsu or weapon. He does however visiting interesting places and that's how he cam to his current location. He always draws each location he goes to in his special notebook that he's had since he was a kid it is his most important item on him. He usually takes it everywhere he goes. He always smiles at children or anyone younger then the age twelve no matter the situation, another example where he wants to keep calm or to keep others calm.

Likes: Finding more beautiful places and then drawing them in his notebook. He likes adding more to his book because he plans to leave it to whoever is closest to someone and it sums up his life and proves that he lived. He also likes cats a lot not that he dislikes dogs just he likes cats a lot especially the black ones. He also likes children because they awaken the inner child that he has lost since his lack of parent through most of his life.

Dislikes:People who think that they're all powerful when they're not that powerful at all basically people who exaggerate about themselves a lot.
Motivation: To find a Purpose because at the moment he's all alone and has no parents and doesn't even know of any other family.

Fears: To lose his notebook because it contains all of his memories of the places he went and its pretty much a shortened sum of his life jsut in picture form.

Bloodline Ability: The ability to always draw chakra from nearby life to keep them selves at full power. Also the ability to completely control their own blood as well as blood outside of the body, as in blood shed during battle.
Location: Huoshangakure
Clan History: Founded by the great Tairyo, the first Honokage, the Satsujin have been among the most noble villagers of Huoshangakure. Quickly they discovered the great power stored inside their very own viens, using the advantage to rise to powerful positions. The very council of advisors that Tairyo trusted with his life became worried as more and more Satsujin filled the positions of power within the village. Seeking help, they hired the ANBU to deal with the problem, but carefully planned the future events for years.

Tairyo died and his son took the throne of Honokage, watching over the village carefully, but became a more ruthless leader than his father. His actions just furthered the plans of the council, but also caught the eye of his son, Haru. After exiling the head of the council for suspicious behavior, the council enacted, sending the ANBU to murder the kage and the clan. When they arrived, a grim sight fell upon their eyes as they saw the son of the Honokage covered in his blood and the honokage himself strewn about the room. Haru took control of the throne, but took the village in a new direction, building it up, increasing its wealth, and solidifying the clan as the dominant power of the village.




History:
Huoshangakure arc

Hokari started his life in Huoshangacure home of the special clan that can use blood as a weapon. It was a short but pleasant time for him. He lived with his mom and dad as any normal village he loved it there and then when he turned six he was given his first and only notebook. As soon as he got it he could never give it up it was his only property that no one could take and own for themselves. He went around the whole village constantly stopping and drawing what he saw it was the best part of the day for him for his parents always encouraged him to train his ninja skills. So most of the day he had to read up on how to do certain things like control his chakra and such. It was a year form then when he came home from drawing things from the village and he opened the door of his house and no one was there. Which was odd because there was always a note or at least one of his parents here but, there was no one there this time. He kept calm and waited. He slept soundly that night but in the morning he woke up again to find no one and no note or any sign that either of his parents were home. Again he kept calm and carried on everything he usually do and he kept doing that for a week or so until he started to actually ask others for food because his house had run out of food. Many villagers began to ask where his parents where but he would continue to keep his calm and brush them off. One day as he was searching his house he managed to find a note that was carelessly thrown somewhere else and crumpled up in a paper ball it carefully explained that his parents had gone on a trip to the closest body of water and that they would be back in two days and that there should be enough supplies in the house until then. Of course after reading that he knew that his parents were either dead or missing nin. He didn't want to belie either and form that day he mentally fro got all out that and unless someone speaks about something familiar he will never remember it.

Traveling to Arashigacure arc

After he unknowingly pushed the memory of his parents missing he was super confused and decided to leave his house and this village but he didn't know why but decided to go with his gut feeling and leave. It took him 3 days to get there because the first day he prepared for his travel and got any remaining supplies he could gather form the house and then he locked the door of the house behind him and hid he key to the house in a secret space in the ground. He took a boat and that boat led him to the land of snakes and there he also found a the hidden storm village. It was fascinating site almost like the continuous rain of ash in Huoshangacure. It was always storming and there was always lightning. And lightning meant a challenge because it was constantly moving and changing means its hard to draw lightning without changing the picture. So he always tried to memorize the mental of the picture of lightning striking but he usually got it wrong. He lived in an abandoned block of a building. The first thing n his mind when there was to find some work and get as much money as possible.

Becoming A ninja Arc

After a while of working and when his small house if you could call that was officially bought and furnished and stocked which took less than a week because his family was actually quite rich beside them living in a small house. It took him five years to get in and pass the academy test and become a genin. In those years he experienced loneliness and hardships. He was forced to be a lone because a lot of people thought he was weird with his red eyes and also very weird that most the time eh would be drawing in that notebook. He got bullied a lot though and time in and again people would blackmail him by taking his notebook and not giving it back unless he didn't pass and tell him to get lost or just to go back to where ever he came from. It wasn't until that last year the fifth year when he was once again blackmailed but this time there was someone who stood up for him and got his notebook back. He however even after he passed that year able to repay his friendship to that person. Unfortunately for him his money is yet again at that point when he doens't have that much.




RP Sample:

Hokari walked through the village it was as usual raining but he was fine with it. It was definitely different form the ash that fell. While the ash was dry and powder like this was water falling onto him and that usually never happened unless he showered. He had took shelter from the rain so he could draw more of the lovely village it was truly marvelous to him to take in this different ground. Just a week ago he had got his rank form genin to chunin. Which was a good accomplishment. His gekai genkai was also useful for missions involving fighting. He used it responsibly and only used it when the enemy was really difficult to beat because the more blood he lost the closer he would be to death luckily for him he takes blood form himself everyday he's not on a mission. At the moment he had six pints of blood in reserve at his home he collected that over a period of two years because he was always careful not to take an amount of blood that would make anything in his life harder. He still was lonely for he had not the time to go around seeing other ninja. This was extremely upsetting as he might need allies in the future but he wasn't especially worried for he knew not to take on anything too strong. He had been so lost in thought he had a made a slight mistake and his hand must of moved by itself for with all the lines he accidentally drew a couple had formed a shape. This shape was a four-pointed star. Instead of ripping the page our or just crossing it out he left he felt that anything he does should be in this book even if he does make a mistake so he left it right then he got up closed the book placed it in the small book in a small bag he brought then jumped form place to place to get back to his home.
