Already, even though it is a WIP, I see a few things you need to fix. Put all of your entries beside the colons with a single space, and not below it. Please use an administrators application ad an example. Jaraiya is already taken as a face on the site, so you'll need to choose another.

If you join a clan, all of the clan jutsu and Kekkei Genkai are free. However, depending on your rank depends on how much of the jutsu you can use. Ex: a genin cannot use any S Rank techs. Therefore you have it, but you cannot use it.
