Talons of Alduin The Destroyer of Worlds

Description: The Talons are exactly what they sound like: talons. The user loses all fingernails, and inch-long talons grow back in their place. They curve downward from the fingertip, like regular talons do. These talons are a deep black color, and can render through steel with ease. This means that their durability matches that of steel. They can cut through anything with the durability of steel and lower, but they break upon trying to break through anything more.

Abilities: If any of the talons do break, the user can grow them back in a 200 word topic of basically just focusing chakra into his/her fingertips.

Appearance: It simply appears that long, curved, black fingernails grow out of the user.

Wings of Odahviing the Mighty

Description: The user sprouts permanent dragon wings that enable them to fly. Using the wings, the user can fly at the speed of the rank above which they could move on ground. The wings are 4 ft long each, and as tall as the user. The wing color is specified by the user when choosing this mutation.

Abilities: The user can fly at a speed of 20% more than the user could on the ground.

Eyes of Saphira the Magnificent

Description: The eyes of the user become dragon eyes. They give the user the ability to see as far and as precisely as a dragon can. (Compare it to the sight of a falcon.) The user chooses the color of the iris of the eyes when choosing this mutation.

Abilities: The eyes give the user the sight of a dragon, doubling their normal eyesight as far as range goes. They can also speed up the overall movement and perception of the eye, giving the user a one-rank speed/reaction time increase (+20%) when fighting the opponent.

If hit directly, and the victim is not braced for impact, they can be launched 30 ft., get 1 1/4 thick cuts on the impact zone, and can break bones. The ball being generated from the mouth expands with the sound waves also being emitted from the mouth at the speed it travels. If they are prepped for impact it pushes them 10 feet back, gives them the same size cuts, and can bruise bones.

Description: Requires charging. The user of this jutsu and his/her equipment is not affected by it. After charging a godly amount of chakra to their vocal cords they shout the phrase "Joor Zah Frul" with such gusto the world seems to shake the earth. The first person to be hit by the shout in the 25 foot range gains their own gravitational pull and anything within a 100 foot radius of the person is attracted to them and could crush them to death and it also increases the effect of gravity on them that reduces their speed by 25% and makes it impossible for them to leave the ground. Lasts 4 posts and usable once per topic. Once used, the Dovahkiin cannot use any more shouts for the rest of the topic.

The affected person literally becomes their own small planet, to put it the most generally. Anything within 50 feet of the victim from every direction is affected, except the user of the jutsu.

The maximum weight for anything attracted by the resulting gravitational pull is 6200 lbs, or the weight of a mid-sized semi truck. Because this is the maximum weight, of course it would be pulling it in very slowly, but things like boulders, cars, trees, etc. would be pulled in rather quick.

If a wall made of titanium were to be caught in the pull of this jutsu, the damage would go as such. The wall in the affected are would be slightly bent and contorted, and chunks the size of an average brick would be pulled out of it.

The ground around the affected area would also be torn out and pulled into the gravitational suction. In the entire affected area, all the ground is pulled out from eight inches deep.

If a victim of this jutsu were to get hit by this while not on the ground, or if they managed to get off of the ground after being hit, this jutsu will pull the affected victim back to the ground at twice the rate of the normal freefall. Regular freefall is 9.8 meters per second, so that means that this jutsu forces the victim to the ground at a rate of 19.6 meters per second.

Name: Tornado Fist

Description: Rather than hand seals the user charges chakra into their arms by rotating them in a circle for as long as they would normally charge a B rank jutsu. After charging the user's fist has a rapidly spinning funnel of wind that extends from down near the user's elbow to right around their knuckles are. This mini tornado is the offensive part of the technique, if it comes into contact with someone's exposed skin it has the level of power to cause lacerations one to two inches deep depending on how close the target gets. The main ability of this technique is pushing the opponent back from you, this is accomplished by doing a normal punch or just almost landing a strike. When the user gets within six inches of their intended target they can choose to release the tornado, the effect being that whatever was in front of that tornado in a 100 degree angles is blown backwards fifty feet along with receiving one inch deep cuts. Things bolted to the ground or that have deep roots (like trees and bushes) are not moved and things over 300 pounds are unaffected by the push back but still receive the lacerations unless they are tougher than iron. This technique has a variation called the double tornado fist, as the name suggests it creates two cyclones (one on each wrist), this can only be done if both arms are charged up at the start, doing this costs and additional 20 chakra. The cyclones can last up to three posts before fading away or being stopped early by it being released. 7 post cool down.
