Description: This jutsu requires one handseal. This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination. (Once per topic)

Description: After the required handseals, the user turns the ground beneath the target into a river of mud. The river will start under the opponent's feet and will expand for a few meters. The river is three meters wide. If the opponent gets caught in the river, he or she will be stuck, bound by the sticky mud. After the jutsu stops advancing, all that is left is a motionless pool of mud. It cannot uproot trees or affect terrain at a large scale. To counteract the jutsu the opponent will need to concentrate a C rank amount of chakra into their feet to stand on the mud. The cooldown is one post after the technique is used.

Name: Raikyū (Lightning Ball)

Description: Hand Seals; After the user has performed the needed hand seals they will bring their hands together to form an 'O' shape, inside of which electricity will spark and then form into a sphere of pure lightning. As the ball grows (this takes about a full second) the user pulls their hands apart until it reaches full size (3 feet in diameter) at which point the ball is stable enough to be held in one hand. Afte the ball has completely formed the user is able to launch it at a top speed of 5 mph in a straight line, should the ball not run into anything it will continue on for the full 120 feet then in the next post boomerang back towards the user until it hits them. The user takes no damage if the technique veers back and hit them, rather the ball is just returning to it's creator and dissolving back into unfocused chakra (this does NOT return chakra to the user). If the sphere does hit something though the damage is equivalent to being hit by a sphere of steel going the same speed along with second degree electrical burns on the contacted areas. There is a numbness in the area hit which causes pain in that spot to not be felt for one round but the round after complete feeling returns. 5 post cool down.

When used with the kiba swords the additional 5 chakra to use the technique need not be paid as this technique is one that originally was made from those weapons and was later adapted for use without them. As is the ability of the weapon use of the blades increases the rank of the jutsu by one and raises damage from it accordingly, raising damage from the ball to the equivalent of being hit by a steel sphere at twice it's speed, third degree burns and complete pain numbing for two rounds. However as is the requirement of using a technique through the kiba blades which requires the use of hand seals the user is unable to attack or defend with the blades while they charge chakra for the jutsu.

Name: Lightning Beast Running Technique (Raijū Hashiri no Jutsu)

Description: Hand Seals; the user creates a hound composed of lightning chakra standing four feet tall at the shoulder. This beast is connected to a leash also made of lightning chakra held in the user's hand that allows them to control it but prevents the user from doing hand seals for the duration of the technique. The hound is able to run around at the user's command for the length of it's leash (50 feet) at a max speed of 30 mph, when it hits something it can either explode and cause second degree electrical burns to everything within five feet of it, or try to maul them with it's claws and fangs which paralyze for a round on contact and can cut through iron. The maximum number of rounds this hound can remain is three, after that it automatically explodes and then dissipates. 5 round cool down.

Name: Katon: Great Fireball Technique

Description: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and expelled from the mouth in a massive orb of roaring flame. The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater on the ground's surface. At its largest, Goukyaku no Jutsu is 10 feet in diameter, and can travel at 40 mph. Requires hand seals. This technique can leave severe third degree burns at its center (a five foot radius from the exact center) while the rest of the fireball gives off second degree burns. 6 post cool down.

Name: Rairyū no Tatsumaki (Lightning Dragon Tornado)

Description: Requires a number of rounds charging chakra through the user's body equal to the number of rounds that would otherwise be used to perform hand seals. After charging is complete the user will then begin to spin in place forming a whirling vortex of wind and electricity. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon's head and will cover the area in front of him. It will then strike out against his opponent and painfully trap them in the vortex, if trapped within this vortex your entire body is covered in deep lacerations (about three inches) and second degree burns. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with the foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a target within ten feet of the dragon itself to cause first degree burns. The fully extended dragon is one hundred feet long and fifteen feet across (diameter). If it runs into another material it will be stopped unless that material is only as hard as steel or lower, which in that case the dragon can destroy and pass through to continue towards its target. The dragon lasts for a total of three rounds, meaning the user can continue to spin and thus control the dragon's movements for that long though they can not perform any other action nor can they begin charging chakra for anything else. The dragon moves at a speed of 45 mph. The dragon, however, will go away and the jutsu will end after if hits a target; meaning when it hits a person the damage is done and the dragon goes away regardless of if it has been 3 rounds yet or not. During this charge up time the user is required to take a wide stance and can not move. The user takes all the chakra they built up and form it into a disc of energy three feet across, they then release the disc to fly straight forward in a fast paced bee line. The disc moves at a speed of 50 mph, when it hits something it is like being hit by a small car going the same speed. The disc has the power to slice through iron and lower grade materials while being able to dent steel on impact, this means it can slice through a human body like butter. This technique has a cool down of seven posts.

Description: No seals; rather than seals the user builds up chakra in their palm for the same time they would normally be doing hand seals for an A rank jutsu. The user takes all the chakra they built up and form it into a sphere of energy two feet in diameter, they then release the sphere to fly around them to be controlled in mid-flight. The sphere can move around within 100 feet of the user at a speed of 40 mph, when it hits something it is like being hit by a small car going the same speed. When the user wishes the orb will explode into a blast of energy that will cause severe third degree electrical burns to everything caught inside it's blast range. This blast range is a five foot radius. The orb is able to be moved around for up to three rounds before it explodes automatically. Once per topic.

S Rank

Name: Raiton no Yoroi

Description: The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra that, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate the user's nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses to react faster to danger and to push physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing for tremendous raw speed (an increase of 120%). This armour, combined with taijutsu, allows the user to utilise nintaijutsu. When using the armour at full power, it causes the tips of his hair to spike up and his reflexes are said to be comparable to the speed of a lightning flash, making it difficult even for the Sharingan, to keep up with him. The armour also increases the user's defences, drastically reducing, if not completely negating, damage from incoming attacks up to B rank (A rank for raiton attacks and S rank doton) even able to deflect powerful attacks like the chidori. Against weapons this technique defends against iron perfectly and reduces damage from higher grades of weapons by half. Taijutsu used while in this armor are increased in power by 20% (a one rank increase) or have a special form that enhances it somehow (anything like this must be approved by an admin). Entering this armor takes a post charge equal to a user's rank charge for a S rank jutsu and lasts for up to eight rounds. Once per topic.

This technique can be cancelled out by an opponent's high level (at least A rank) fuuton techniques. These fuuton techniques that can cancel out this technique must be directly attacking the user as AoE (area of effect) type jutsu will not achieve this effect. If hit by one direct S rank technique the technique ends early and the armor fades away, if hit by one direct A rank fuuton technique the effects of the speed boost are halved and if hit by a second follow up A rank technique it is cancelled out early.

This technique has a major drawback, however. The chakra drain and stress on the body make it so this technique is only able to be used once per week. However if someone is doing a large amount of in character battle they are able to recharge it through sheer will, for every three IC battles you are a part of in the cool down of the original use you are able to use Raiton no Yoroi once more, it can be recharged a maximum of one time in a week, an attempted start of another will cause the user's body to completely shut down and kill them.

Description: Hand Seals; Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance and thus this clone can do absolutely no damage at all in any way. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse. The number of clones able to be produced is determined by the user's rank as follows. D Rank; 2 Clones. C Rank; 3 Clones. B Rank; 4 Clones. A Rank; 5 Clones. S/SS Rank; 6 Clones. 4 round cool down.

Description: One round charge up rather than hand seals; Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object, this object must be something like a log or stone roughly the same size as the user. The size doesn't have to be exactly the same as the user but what this means is a person can't replace themselves with a leaf or a twig, nor could they replace themselves with a giant boulder, if questions arise over uses of this technique contact an admin but any decision they make is final. In addition this can not be another person unless that person is willing. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. These objects or other people must be within 50 feet of the user when the technique is performed. There is a 5 round cool down between uses of this technique and it can only be used a maximum of 3 times per topic.

Though these auras seem real they are a simple illusion used for intimidation purposes as well as to fool someone into thinking that the user specializes in an elements they might not have.

The user places a closed fist on the target's body either by punching them or simply by touching them with it and then releases the chakra all at once for a short burst of power that sends the affected person flying through the air. The target is launched at 30 mph and goes fifty feet before falling to the ground. Unless the user actually uses a forceful punch this causes nothing more than pain in the chest, it is meant more to puut space between the user and the target and possibly slam them into the surroundings than to be a physical assault in itself. Description: The user uses an extreme amount of control over the muscles in the abdomen and legs to fall backwards and start rotating at a rapid speed. At full speed the users is rotating their body all the way around twenty times a second, their legs moves around so that there are no openings left for the enemy to strike while they are performing the technique. Each of these kicks are enough to break a bone if the enemy gets to close but the user can't move while spinning. The user can spin for a maximum of two rounds with a four round cool down. After using this the user has a round of dizziness (3/4 awareness of surroundings).

Description: Passive, The user strikes their target with a powerful uppercut style strike which with added chakra is able to knock them fifty feet straight up into the air at 50mph before they reach maximum height and start to fall back down to the ground. A clean hit on a weaker point of the body, such as the jaw, can cause damage by either cracking the bone or dislocating the joint. If the victim doesn't land properly this has the potential to break bones from the force of gravity after a fifty foot fall. Rather than needing to charge chakra for the attack the user exerts all the energy for the technique in an instant with a cool down of 5 posts.

Description: Requiring handseals, this genjutsu starts after the opponent hears the clap after the handseals. The user can creates clones of themselves much like bunshin no jutsu. However, when hit by an attack, rather then puffing away, they act as if they were made of a blackish oil-like liquid, repairing themselves even if fully destroyed. They are able to imitate attacks, though they are only illusions and can’t actually affect their surroundings, and are often used to hide projectiles of the user amongst their own. The user can create far more clones with this then using bunshin no jutsu, able to create over a dozen clones at once even as an Academy Student, and the average Chuunin can create hundreds at once, filling up an entire battlefield with them.

Description: This is a showing of true strength of the user's body. The mass of muscle is shown on their body with thighs of normal size but solid as stones and abs like a washboard, the ability granted here is being able to roll one's body at an extreme speed so that it can be a degree of a weapon in itself. The user first "trips" forward and begins their roll which quickly becomes a spinning blur with the appearance of a circular saw blade almost. This spin goes at speeds +50% the normal speed of the user and is able to clash with steel and dent it to almost the breaking point without injuring themselves. This spin can keep going for up to four rounds and has an eight round cool.

Description: Sutōnā is fighting style utilizing smoked substances to loosen the body's muscles and the unstructured movements make the users attacks harder to predict. By being in this euphoric state, the user can take more damage without feeling the pain, gain higher agility and provide a natural fluidity to their movements. To obtain the state where this technique becomes usable a character must inhale a substance (similar to weed) for two rounds in a row, after that the chakra cost is deducted from them and this technique begins and the effects last for up to five rounds. The actual stats is that there is zero way to predict or anticipate the user's movements before they occur, a loss of pain occurs (though a good direct blow of B rank level or higher will end the effects of the jutsu early) and the user's speed is increased +40% along with their evasiveness.

Note: This is a variant of Suiken Ryuu (Drunken Fist Style) with the only diffenence being the substance used for activation. The two different versions can not be learned by a single person but anyone that has one of the two versions can teach either one to students.

Though the damage caused all depends on the force exerted after this technique is put in place it makes it so that a person could easily slam their head into a person and break bones, but it wont help with anything harder than that. Any hit on the skull causes a concussion and makes the person hit pass out rather than killing them, unless they get hit on the temple at which point the pressure point factor added into it causes a fatality. The chest cavity also doesn't cause instant death, it instead becomes cracked and extremely fragile after a solid hit is landed, other bones in the body are able to be shattered upon contact. Rather than needing to charge chakra for the attack the user exerts all the energy for the technique in an instant with a cool down of 7 posts.

Description: No seals, the user charges chakra through their body for one round before this can be used. The user locks eyes with their intended target and the technique is locked in place, the target is caught in a very short Genjutsu where the user's hands seem to slow down before they are replaced by a wolf that charges at them head on. The wolf closes in and leaps up to try and pin the target on the ground but is once again replaced by the user. However, the user is off to the side of the target so their strike will land unseen in their blind spot. The strike is actually a combination of seven strikes all at once, the skin will be ripped away from the hit area throughout this combo. The seven strikes will gradually tear away skin 1/2 inch at a time leaving a 3 1/2 inch deep area that can potentially expose the bone. The user receives tunnel vision to a mid to lower section of the target's body as they approach the target making them unable to strike them in the head. Between the activation of the technique and the strike in the blind spot there is about two seconds but due to the illusion covering all traces of the actual user it is extremely complicated and near impossible to dodge or escape from. 5 post cool down.

Description: The thunder drop is a powerful move put together by the apes of Saru no Shima many life times ago when their martial combat style was still young. To perform such an attack one must coat the area around their body with a large amount of pure chakra that remains invisible to the human eye until impact with the ground, at which point the range of area affected by the technique lights up with a mass of electrical bolts. The idea of the move is to release a small to medium shock wave (non-damage causing, simply enough to lock up the lower body to prevent leaving the damage area early if caught) followed by an electrical charge released in the near-by area to both stun and attack the opponent all in one swift motion (both the shock wave and the charge happen in an instant upon impact), as the chakra gains it power by charging the raiton nature with the electrons in the air as the user falls thus the further they drop the more powerful the impact. The lowest level of power involves the user simply lifting their leg and stomping it into the ground in a super powered thrust, the electron build up is minimal but just enough to create a blast powerful enough to stun everything within two feet of the user and deliver enough shock damage to cause first degree electrical burns on the lower body of the target(s). Increasing the distance to a fall of five feet increases the range to four feet with the burn damage staying the same. At ten feet the range is six feet with the burns increasing to second degree. The range follows the pattern of increasing by two feet for every five feet higher the user drops from with a power cap of the user falling from one hundred feet with a range of forty-two feet. In addition a fall distance of at least 90 feet increases the burn damage to third degree. The fall rate of the user, unless changed by use of another technique, is thirty feet per second. If the user slams into something harder than earth (dirt) such as metallic surfaces will still hurt them but at a reduced rate (ex, if damage would be enough to completely shatter a bone it would simply break). The technique requires one round of charging chakra before jumping in order to be performed and has a cool down of six rounds.

If the chest/heart is attacked twice the entire body locks up. All of these lock downs lasts for three rounds. Name: Summoning Technique: Three Wise Monkeys

Description: Hand seals and blood payment are required for this technique to be performed. Rather than the stanard 50 chakra for a S rank technique this summoning requires the user to use 150 chakra. When the user ha completed their hand seals and drawn blood as tribute for the summoning they lace their hand on the ground and a cloud of smoke appears, the cloud quickly blows away to reveal the presence of three brass-colored statues formed from the ancient stones at the heart of Ape Mountain. Each of these statues are about the size of a child (about 3 1/2 feet). Each of these statues depicts a monkey squatting with the hands in a specific location. These statues are unable to move and can be destroyed by either A rank taijutsu/kenjutsu or weapons of diamond strength. The user can use each of these three statues to perform a different effect depending on which is activated, the abilities of each statue are described below. In order to activate a statue the user must have the blood of his intended target on his hand and then touch his palm to the back of that statue's head, in addition to this the user surges 30 more points of chakra into the statue (no charge time, instantly deducted from the user's chakra pool). When this is done the effects take place on the person who's blood was used as the focus automatically. As the user is required to use some of their own blood to summon these statues to the battle field only they are able to use them, this means that another person can't cover their hand in someone's blood then touch the statue to activate it.

The statue on the far left uses both of his hands to cover his mouth, as is the ancient proverb one must speak no evil in order to lead a sinless life. That tale is the focus of this statue which has the kanji for Kuchi (mouth) inscribed on its left palm and the kanji for Rokku (locked) on its right palm. When the user activates this particular statue it's hands move away from it's mouth and face outward to reveal both a sinister grin of sharpened teeth plastered on his face and the kanji on either of its palms. When this happens the effects ensue and the victim can, as the proverb states, speak no evil. However in addition to cutting off the target's ability to speak this statue cuts off any ways for the victim to communicate, including with themselves. This means that the target is unable to send signals from their brain to parts of their body, however, this does not render the target unable to move. The person that is affected by this is still able to move around like normal but the part of their bod they can no longer communicate with is their chakra network. This means that the user is unable to in any way use their chakra while affected by this statue, no form of technique can be used if it requires chakra until the effects fade. Even if the victim attempts to charge chakra or does hand seals it will do no good as they are unable to tap into their reserves. Even dojutsu are unable to be used as they require a small amount of chakra flow to be sustained making this part of the technique the most feared of all. Once a person is put under the effects of this statue the effects last for three rounds, if a person does hand seals or tries to charge chakra while still under the effects they are unable to do jutsu, as stated before. What this also means is that doing these actions early while still under the effects will not count in the charging of a technique for when these effects wear off. eq. if a jonin does hand seals for a C rank jutsu on the last round they are affected by this statue they are not able to perform that jutsu on the next round, they will more or less have just been moving their hands about pointlessly and will have to start over when they are at last free and able to access their chakra.

The statue in the center depicts a monkey using his hands to cover both of his eyes, the proverb of the first statue extends to this one concerning a different phrase, 'see no evil'. Though in the ancient story this means that one should not allow the evil that they witness in the world to fill their hearts with blackness the effects are much different here. One the inside of this apes palms, like the first, have a kanji etched into each. On the left hand the kanji for Me (eyes) can be found, while in the opposite hand the kanji Tojita (closed) is shown. Upon activation this monkey's palms swing away from it's eyes to reveal a wicked pair of demonic eyes that seem to stare deep into the soul of any who look upon them and the inside of each palm allowing those who look to read the kanji. Other than locking away the victim's sight, leaving nothing for them but an endless void of black it steals the ability to peer into the upcoming future and plan their own moves. This means that whoever is affected by this particular statue is at a severe disadvantage in combat, both unable to see where their opponent's are coming from and being unable to properly prepare themselves to defend against incoming strikes. This drops the victim's reaction speed back to its original stat without any enhancements and then drops it an additional 30%. The same effect happens to the victim's movement speed, dropping it back to its base and then forcing them to lose 30% of that power. The effects of this statue last for three posts and then the victim is freed, their reaction time and speed returns to normal and their sight comes back.

The final statue on the right shows the ape covering both of it's ears with it's large hands, blocking out the influences of outsiders and following the teaching of the proverb to 'hear no evil' perfectly. Like it's two brother statues this one has two kanji carved into either hands, the left one being Mimi (ears) and the right one being Shatto (shut). As one might guess the ape shows it palms to the world when activated allowing the kanji to be read and revealing a pair of crooked ears that come to a sharp sickening point like those of a creature from the underworld. 'Hear no evil' obviously implies that the victim's sense of hearing is shut down when this statue is used on them but the secondary effect is a little harder to determine without prior knowledge. Unable to allow the influences of evil as well as the entire world to affect them the victim's ability to to plan their moves as they are not influenced by anything someone else does. This drops the victim's reaction speed back to its original stat without any enhancements and then drops it an additional 60%. The effects of this statue last for three posts and then the victim is freed, their reaction speed returns to normal and their hearing comes back.

There are rules to using these statues other than the requirement of blood for focusing the effects on the victim. No victim can be subject to two or more statues during the same topic, meaning that once the user has made someone a victim of a statue they are then immune to the other two until the topic ends. The user can activate multiple statues at the same time but each must be focused on different victims which requires multiple people's blood. If a statue has been activated then even destroying it wont lift the effects early, however, destroying a statue before it is used renders it useless and unable to perform it's ability. After a statue has been used or destroyed it is un-summoned from the battlefield back to Saru no Shima. Once per topic. 20 day cool down.

Personality: The angry barbarian ape in the summon family, Shi Hou is the acting gatekeeper and master of defense against entrance to the ape's valley temple which is a post he takes extremely seriously. When he is summoned he views his summoner as the valley temple and as such makes sure that nothing can possibly harm his charge while they are around using his taijutsu which allows speeds of up to one hundred and fifty miles per hour and the strength to snap titanium under his fingers. While Shi Hou is not his birth name no one except for him and Kami Saru are aware of what is, Shi Hou is a title given to him which means 'Stone Monkey', this is also a title that was once given to the great Sun Wukong and thus is a sacred honor to be named as such.

Description: This technique needs handseals. This technique causes a 10 meter x 10 meter area of the ground surrounding the enemy to spiral inwards on itself, burying them alive or crushing them. While not necessarily causing death, this jutsu does cause extreme pain and can cause suffocation if not evaded or escaped within the time allotted. This technique is much more damaging if used in rocky mountainous areas, or inside a cave. The rate at which the earth folds in upon itself depends on the user, and leaves the enemy with a set time to escape based on the user's rank:

If the attack does successfully entrap the opponent, crushing force is dealt, resulting in hairline fractures upon most of the bones, which cause some the movement of the enemy to be hampered by 10%. This effect is stackable, so if the opponent is caught in the technique twice, they will have 20% movement speed deducted. Description: After the needed handseals the user will transfer chakra into the ground, turning the earth under into mud. The user will then form the mud into a huge dragon that can be sent for an attack. The dragon is 30 ft long and 5 ft wide, and moves at 50 ft/s, with enough force to dent steel and pierce through iron. The dragon can break bones. If used in an area with mud already the dragon's size increases to 60 ft it's width goes to 10 ft, and the jutsu's strength is increased by 10% able to punh through steel. A C rank Raiton technique can break apart the dragon. If used with Earth Release: Earth Dragon Projectile the dragon's size increases to 100 ft and 20 ft wide, and the jutsu is increased by 20%, it can punch through reinforced steel easily. A B rank Raiton technique or higher can dissipate it if used with earth dragon projectile. The user can only make it 100 ft once per topic. The dragon can change direction up to three times. 4 post cooldown.

The [ape version] of this tecnique changes nothing about the technique other than the appearance, replacing the dragon's head with that of a fearsome gorilla.

Description: The ninja will do the necessary hand seals and then spew a line of mud onto the ground. The mud will then grow into a large mud wall to help defend against incoming attack. The wall is 15 feet wide, 20 feet tall, and 4 feet thick. The wall can block up to A rank water jutsu, and all other B rnak jutsu except lightning. A C rank lightning technique can pierce it. The wall's strength is equivalent to reinforced steel, so any weapons that can damage reinforced steel can damage the wall.
A Jounin Rank or higher does not have to spew mud out, they can place their hands on the ground and the wall will rise. The wall's appearance can differ between jounin.
The wall forms at a speed of 10 ft/s, and lasts until it is destroyed. 5 post cooldown.

Durability: The guardian armor is a suit blessed by the God Ape, as such it is a very powerful piece of equipment. History: When the first of these guardians were charged to guard the temple the god ape blessed each of them with this powerful suit of armor to protect them while they in turn protected everyone else.

In order to activate the technique the ape and the summoner must perform a fist bump after the summoning has been done, after this action has been taken that ape is able to perform techniques from that summoner.

Description: Oozaru focuses both yin and yang chakra on the surface of one of his massive palms for two rounds and then the attack starts to take form, the density of the chakra he has gathered is so dense that if he is standing on a solid surface the strength of iron or below he will actually cause craters around his feet that sink down nearly ten feet. As the sphere forms completely it changes from a chaotic mixture of black and white to a pale blue or red depending on the summoner, this being the build up of the two posts before the attack even happens. As he takes aim he releases the sphere and it travels out a good two hundred and fifty yards leaving a trailed of destruction in it's wake. This leaves TOTAL desruction to all in the 250 yard range one way. This attack, is over 60 feet tall in height and stretches a total of 60 feet wide as well after it has been launched. While still being held by Oozaru the orb is only about ten feet in diameter. It will leave no remains of a body left behind if human's are within contact of its attack. This technique is one reason that Oozaru is a member of the black palm, sometimes even being mistaken for the Ichibi due to the nature of the attack being similar to a tailed beast bomb but still not as powerful as that legendary attack.
