Within 0-10feet it paralyzes any one limb that it hits for 3 posts and from 11-20 would cause severe numbness for 3 posts and from 21-30 causes severe numbness for only 1 post. 6 post cooldown.

Description: Requires charging.After charging an immense amount of wind chakra into their vocal cords they shout they phrase "Fus Ro Dah" and it forms a 15 foot ball of wind that moves at 10 f/s and dissipates after travelling 45 feet. The ball expands to having a 15 foot radius as such:

0 Distance - 6 inches in. diameter

15 ft. - 5 feet in diameter

30 ft. - 10 feet in diameter

45 ft. - 15 feet in diameter

If hit directly, and the victim is not braced for impact, they can be launched 30 ft., get 1 1/4 thick cuts on the impact zone, and can break bones. The ball being generated from the mouth expands with the sound waves also being emitted from the mouth at the speed it travels. If they are prepped for impact it pushes them 10 feet back, gives them the same size cuts, and can bruise bones.

If grazed, it causes 1st degree burns on the area hit plus paralysis of the section for 2 posts.

If a direct hit it causes third degree burns and if it grazes it causes 2nd degree burns in the hit area.

Description: Requires charging. The user of this jutsu and his/her equipment is not affected by it. After charging a godly amount of chakra to their vocal cords they shout the phrase "Joor Zah Frul" with such gusto the world seems to shake the earth. The first person to be hit by the shout in the 25 foot range gains their own gravitational pull and anything within a 100 foot radius of the person is attracted to them and could crush them to death and it also increases the effect of gravity on them that reduces their speed by 25% and makes it impossible for them to leave the ground. Lasts 3 posts and usable once per topic. Once used, the Dovahkiin cannot use any more shouts for the rest of the topic.

The affected person literally becomes their own small planet, to put it the most generally. Anything within 50 feet of the victim from every direction is affected, except the user of the jutsu.

The maximum weight for anything attracted by the resulting gravitational pull is 6200 lbs, or the weight of a mid-sized semi truck. Because this is the maximum weight, of course it would be pulling it in very slowly, but things like boulders, cars, trees, etc. would be pulled in rather quick.

If a wall made of titanium were to be caught in the pull of this jutsu, the damage would go as such. The wall in the affected are would be slightly bent and contorted, and chunks the size of an average brick would be pulled out of it.

The ground around the affected area would also be torn out and pulled into the gravitational suction. In the entire affected area, all the ground is pulled out from eight inches deep.

If a victim of this jutsu were to get hit by this while not on the ground, or if they managed to get off of the ground after being hit, this jutsu will pull the affected victim back to the ground at twice the rate of the normal freefall. Regular freefall is 9.8 meters per second, so that means that this jutsu forces the victim to the ground at a rate of 19.6 meters per second.

This shout is solely purposed as a last resort. It has severe repercussions, so if you use this shout, you have to have the clear intent to kill your opponent, or have no other option. After using this shout, your shouts are reprimanded for 4 weeks. After the first week, you can use D-rank and C-rank shouts, after the second weak you can use B-rank shouts, after the third week you can use A-rank shouts, and after the fourth week you can again use this shout.
