Nami stood out an open plain where stood no trees or anything within the area everything could be seen no matter how far you were. Nami sighed as he looked around and began pondering why the hell he had come all the way out here. He looked around and began pacing in his spot as he waited for something to happen for he had the strangest of feelings that something big was about to go down and soon, knowing this he drew Haiten from his sheath and put himself on guard.

The dark skinned sankuro stepped into the open area, his chakra charging thoughout his body. his black cloak along with his weighted clothing gave him the appearance of a monster, and when he raged, he was nothing short of one. His left hand gripped his Platinum Aquagon, while his back held a rubber sack, inside of it was a weapon that noone would be able to stop or forsee. The dirt on his feet was surrounded by grass, yet it would still hold truth to Haji's mineral manipulation if it were required. A man across the way had a sword drawn. Perhaps this is the presence that brough Haji here today.

Katsumoto was sleeping in the long grass minding his own business when he felt a disturbance. Looking up slightly Katsumoto saw one man with his sword drawn and then another man who was across the field who looked like a golem like monster. Standing up quickly Katsumoto looked at the other two charging up the chakra in his arms and legs. This would be what one could call a Mexican stand off.

Haji stuck his blade in the ground and formed a set of handseals. What he was charging was unknown to the two men, but it would be something that would prove more than useful. As he began charging, his pupils would take the shape of an endless spiral shell. These two were too tense. One was gripping his fists while the other clenched a blade, and from what Haji could register, and the way the man's arm tensed a little, the man was gripping it even harder than before when it was purely just drawn.

My OOC Post: Dominic Edrick walks into the topic and looks around. He sees some of his favorite people within this topic. First, his boy Haji, someone he had known for quite awhile. "Sup brosef" he says with a smirk. He then sees his nigga Nami, his in state brethren. His NC Nig. He nods to this nigga then points to his very first post, the very first sentence. "No rules? Sweet, I'm invading.....you dumb ass...." Dominic then sees the lesser of the three he knows. He has talked to this dude a few times and feels he should say hi, but gigs his ass instead. "I'm gonna have fun with you." Dominic then begins to IC Post.
IC: It was a cool day to be in an open plain, for what reason, Fuck I didn't know. I just felt like walking and seeing what was going to happen. With my Eagle Eye Compass active, I was a good 120 yards from battle, but something was in the works. Some entertainment that I had yet to see. Being that it was an open plain, that something in the works became apparent. I could physically see them now, 100 yards away. I activated the wings from my Talon Blade and lifted to the sky, ascending high in a straight vertical up to 30 ft and still going. I began conjuring handseals like a man possessed. This was going to be my battle...

Katsumoto saw the two mean getting ready for a battle and was in awe. Two very high ranking guys were in the area and he was stuck in the middle of it all. "Shit if my life couldn't get any worse. Katsumoto thought to himself. Little did he know that it would. Still charging up his chakra, Katsumoto activated his chakra armor giving himself a barrier. He obviously would need any help he could get. Katsumoto then started to back up.

Nami smiled as heard the comment from the dark colored man that stood before him "Psh I knew your not talking to me, you might as well heed your own advice". Nami stood upright and and placed the the sword on his shoulder as he watched the two. Nami now felt as if he were being watched from the heavens as if something was going to swoop down and strike all of them at once. Nami began storing chakra into the blade as he waited for someone to make a move in this stand off.

He pulled his hands apart and a beam of yellow light erupted from his right hand to a sharp point, holding the shape of a sword. A technique created by the Oashisukage himself. These fools had no idea what he had in store for them. In that moment, he noticed a green haired protigey of his step onto the plain. It was Dominic. HIs kid. He picked up the aquagon and smiled at the young male, still retaining his posture of power however.
'What's up kid, you're just in time to help me take out a couple of pip squeaks. You in on this or what?"
He then laughed and looked back towards the weird ass motha' with a mohawk.

After completed handseals, a 5ft long beam of yellow light sharpened to a tip extends in the user's dominant hand. This would be the soul sword. What is uncommon about the blade is that it doesn't affect the body on a physical basis, just the chakra lines. It can be defended with chakra based weapons, since it is a pure chakra blade. THIS DOES NOTHING TO THE CHAKRA SUPPLY OF THE WEAPON DUE TO IT ONLY BEING ATTRACTED TO ORGANIC CHAKRA. Eagle Eye Compass:
Stage 3 Eagle Eye Compass: The eyes transform into an all black eye, with a neon yellow compass in the center. The final stage of Doujutsu. The Eagle Eye Compass when activated, can sense anyone just by using the air flow around them. Anytime the Edrick stands perfectly still and someone moves within a 1/2 mile radius, disrupts the air flow, the eye picks it up. During battle it senses anything within a 20 ft. Span. This is due to the constant change in direction, which affects the Compass' range drastically. The compass within the eye acts just as so, able to send the signal to the brain of the user to which direction the natural wind flow was broken or changed. If the user manages to stay perfectly still while in battle, the range can open back up to the 1/2 mile radius. During this stage, the user recieves a 70% increase in speed/ reaction time, allow them incredible movements as well as ultimate precision with attacks. The Eagle Eye Compass, due to being linked to the brain, allows an Edrick to be able to distinguish whether they are within a Genjutsu. However the Eagle Eye Compass doesnt break them free. Great for battling both one on one and multiple opponents, this doujutsu is legendary in books, but almost forgotten by many, since it hasnt been seen in quite sometime.

I gave an upwards nod towards Haji as he yelled at me from a distance. He knew me well enough to know that I wasn't a talker in battle, you know, the whole 'Time for Talk is Over' deal. I just gave a distant devilish smirk. Then I finished my handseals, and let it be known who was top dog in this fight. Me of course.
Suddenly in a matter of nothing winds that could only be described as legendary exploded outward from my position. In a matter of nothing at all, everyone would be lifted from the ground and into a massive bowl of spiraling winds that would circle the entire battlefield for 1/2 a mile. The winds would be too violent to tame and even more so, too violent to keep any level of full concentration. I would deactivate my wings, for I no longer needed them. I seemed to be able to skate through the mass spiral (Spinning counter clockwise), and start chasing my prey. I was entering what would known as turn four, while the others would be all the way across me at turn 2, about a 1/4 mile away. After completing that, I bit my thumb, drawing blood, and continued my handseals. I began to skate as I navigated the currents. I was taking every current that was at its maximum potential, and began to close in on them within my wind style 'race track'. I was now in the front stretch, closing in. It wouldn't be long and I would catch them. I was entering into turn one and they were barely getting out of turn 2, as I was tearing through the winds like a stock car out of hell.

Name: Whirlwind Rising Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Wind Distance: Entire Battlefield Description: Using the mastery of wind, upon release of this jutsu, spiraling winds erupt around the entire battlefield. The winds spiral and expand outward, creating a bowl shaped wind spiral ring, that gives the user full ability of the winds within the bowl. The jutsu will spread to its full size of one half of a mile, in the matter of one post in addition to rising up a full mile into the air. The ones within the whirlwind will not be able to stand still on the winds, but can 'skate' around the whirlwind as it rotates, being in constant motion.
Ability Section 1: The initial expansion of the jutsu acts as a barrier, and can repel many attacks of B rank and lower, including fire, this is due to how quickly the wind is expanding and would temporarily create pockets of no air that would extinguish the flames. The gusts making up the bowl, at 250 mph, are powerful enough to take an opponent off of their feet, and become trapped within the rotation without the ability to break through the barrier of wind and get free. The winds are powerful enough to remove the clouds from the skies above, leaving open sky during the use.
Ability Section 2: The user becomes faster in terms of overall speed during the duration of this jutsu, due to the ability to be able to use the Eagle Eye Compass to study the air flow, and maximize the currents within the whirlwind by establishing which currents are at their peak in speed/max potential (clean air), and which currents are about to fade out (Dirty air).
The enemy, regardless of skill, has major trouble keeping balance, and is slowed in speed drastically compared to the user, due to not being able to distinguish the difference in the whirlwinds power, and thus, cannot maximize its effects.
The user also with the help of the Eagle Eye Compass can, when close enough, disrupt the winds around the enemy, 'dirtying' the air further, and in effect, further trumping the speed of the enemy overall compared to the user.
Ability Section 3: Wind jutsu by the user, become 50% more powerful as well, by once again, using the Eagle Eye Compass to distinquish the difference in the currents within the whirlwind, and use that to increase the overall potential of their wind jutsu. The wind force is so powerful that it can destroy places that aren't equipped to handle powerful winds of this nature, including poorly built homes and old trees.
Drawbacks: The only way to escape is by another S Rank Wind Jutsu with enough recoil to fire the enemy out of the rotation. However newer structures and built-into-the-ground places like caves and mountains are completely unaffected. If an enemy casts a S rank level Katon jutsu at the walls of the dome then the wind catches the heat and slows entire thing down to only 100 mph. If after the use of an S rank fire technique a user casts a minimum level C rank fire jutsu then the entire thing catches ablaze and all the effects bestowed on those inside become nullified instantly. The dome remains as a spinning inferno however for the next three rounds before it burns out and the wind returns to a calm and almost perfectly still state. Handseals required, lasts for 15 posts, and can only be used once per topic.
This is based off of an old myth in NASCAR. It is said that when bad weather is in the area, and rain threatens to cancel a race, if the cars can start the race before the inclement weather, the whirlwhind effect of the cars going around the track, opens the skies and leaves an oval void in the clouds to keep the race resuming. If you have ever attended a race, there is truly a whirlwind effect around the track after the cars go by. However, the myth of opening the skies, is just that....a myth.
The second concept of the jutsu, where the user is faster, and the enemy is slower, is based off of the NASCAR concept of clean air vs. dirty air. A car with clean air, which is the leader of the race, has nothing but open space in front of them. Without anything to stir up the air in front of them, the air is considered 'clean' and the car is able to take maximum advantage of the open space, and the carborator is able to take in all of that air giving it much more horse power than a car with 'dirty' air.
The concept of dirty air in NASCAR, is considered the air coming off of a car or multiple cars in front of another. The air coming off the cars in front, are considered unstable, and can mess up the balance of the pursuing car, either causing the car to get 'loose' which would cause the car to wiggle and potentially spin out, or get 'tight' which would mean the car wouldn't turn as well, and take it towards and potentially into the outside wall. Whether the car gets loose or tight, these effects shave off horsepower and up to double digit mph, depending on how bad the loose or tight condition gets in the dirty air.

Katsumoto was knocked off his feet, saved partly by bumping right into the guy with the Mohawk. "Oh forgive me! Didn't expect a storm to come by." Katsumoto was being sarcastic and was extremely irritated. They we're trapped in a vortex and barely able to keep balance. "You help me and I will help you!!!" Katsumoto yelled to the man beside him just in case he couldn't hear because of the strong winds. Then gathering up the chakra he charged Katsumoto started "skating" (I am still not sure how it works exactly though I know I'm off my feet and in a vortex) slowly yet surely to his opponent with the huge chakra looking sword. Swaying side ways Katsumoto realized he needed to up his technique in order to be able to take any of these guys in a fight. Especially with the winds going throughout the battlefield at the speed they were in. "You, you're mine." Katsumoto was in this, it was do or die and if he was going to die Katsumoto was going to give the enemy as much hell as he possibly could. Victory or Death. Drawing his sword with his right hand then reaching up towards the sky with his left Katsumoto yelled "IT HAS BEGUN!!!" sending lightning and strong gusts of wind coursing through his which would in turn blow away his enemies and cause them excruciating pain once hit, funnily enough the man with the soul sword was right in the vicinity at least 20 ft within the maximum range of the attack, and the man floating faster then anything Katsumoto had ever seen was drawing closer as well.

Name: Lightning Storm Canon/Custom: Custom Type: Ninjutsu Element: Raiton, Fuuton Distance: 60 ft square radius Description: Katsumoto lifts his palms in the air and generates a storm with the chakra building up inside his body. The storm that springs out of his body like a fountain is full of arcs of lightning and twists around like a twister carrying and shocking anything with it. The velocity of the wind and lightning being like a 100mph wind tornado. Once ended it throws the targets in the viscenity outwards by at least 60 ft to 100ft. The damage done in this storm is deadly, third degree lightning burns and damage done by the storm launching the targets away can break bones and damage internal organs. It also numbs the opponents body where the lightning hit for at least 4 rounds. It requires a charge-time equivalent to other jutsu at this rank according to the rank of the user, 4 round use, 6 round cooldown. Can be only used once per topic. It costs as much chakra as jutsu at this rank.

As the explosion of air occurred and the stranger was thrown into him, he quickly established a truce between the two of them. Nami was tossed into the air but he was able to maintain his grip on his blade which would work to his advantage. He would start pouring chakra into the sword as he very quickly began spinning it above his head. The process was difficult indeed but Nami seemed to manage. As the storm clouds began to emerge and and lightning begins striking the blade and becoming the conductor for its power. The blade began to glow a bright white color as the energy began showing through the aura of the blade. The winds were actually helping to increase the rotation of the blade. He then proceeded to survey the area as he watched the man who was skating across the winds.

Name: Black Lightening Vortex Rank: S Element:Fuuton Type:Weapon Range: Long (1 - 79 meters max diameter) Description: By sending chakra throughout the weapon and spinning this weapon high above the wielder’s head. The blade Haiten causes the area to turn dark due to the clouds in the sky, while the wielder’s sword becomes a huge conductor of lightening for 2 posts. During those two posts, fuuton will cause a lightning storm so that lightening will be sucked into the blade, and surges through the wielder's blade and all loose metallic weapons in a 20 meter radius is sucked into the vortex, this meaning that the wielder is not the conductor. The process above must be done without disturbance to allow the nest process of this technique to continue. By the end of the second post the blade becomes a powerful lightening disk, that can cut through steel like butter while taking a shorter time for anything above steel, and travels at 100 mph. The wielder can not hold this technique for more than 5 posts, and must not use the hand which is focusing the weapon for anything else but attacking, or enforcing the technique with another jutsu it possible. The wielder must also not hold the weapon during the technique or face being shocked by lightning, thus the wielder uses fuuton to control the weapon. Note that, all Cooldown of 5 posts.

Haji smirked as he was swept up into the winds, and in a matter of a few seconds, he was noticing a man coming up on him. The man was in a fit of rage it seemed cause he screamed words unknown to Haji, something like You're Mine? That wasn't happening. Not in this life time. Haji had his platinum aquagon held tightly in his left hand, and his soul sword directly in the other. Noticing the man had only one weapon as he came up, Haji devised a plan. The man began drawing the blade and reaching into the sky with his opposing hand. This was Haji's chance.
As the man began to unsheath his sword, Haji would sweep under and diagonally from his left to his top right, knocking blades with the man and throwing both of his hands directly into the air, one holding a sword and one not. The man would now be open chested right in front of the Sankuro, his heart posed right in front of his face. Haji would strike a swift plunge immediately following his strike with the aquagon, and drive his soul sword directly into the heart of the man. Their suspension in the air would cause him to not be able to dodge, his momentum of his only blade being cast upward would cause his ability to bring the blade down and attempt to block, given his sword was holding chakra right now, null in void. His only hand that would be able to block anything was not going to stop the soul sword, for it would pass right through his hand and still hit him directly in the heart. Any kickin motions that would attempt to stop the Sankuro would be null for Haji had brought his legs up to his chest something like a cannon ball, and for the man to have no ground to build momentum off of, the kicks would do nothing to him anyways, at least, not in this vortex of air. Once the soul sword would connect, the man would have no choice but to succumb to chakra failure and instantly lose consciousness. The blade would sap the man's chakra instantly to 0 and would provide a limp motionless body flapping around the vortex.
Haji would maintain his cannonball like appearance now and use it to speed him through the currents of the vortex, He would aim himself downward with flipping motions to bring him to a lower level, his two swords tucked safely around his knees held deep in his hands. 1 down, 1 to go.

Upon the final handseal, I put my hand beneath me as I raised my body up, sending a powerful portion of chakra from my hand. A large cloud would form from underneath me, and I simply looked to my enemy and smirked. Suddenly, a massive dragon would erupt from the cloud as my feet landed perfectly on the back of the neck of the one named Rudra. He roared as he ripped through the winds. He could reach a maximum speed of 300 mph all by himself, and his deafening roar could be heard even over the powerful Whirlwind Rising. With the power of the winds, his speed would be greater. He shred through the winds at his opponents as I pulled five 'marked' North Star Kunai from my pouch, holding all 5 by their chains in my right hand. I would release two of them by throwing them and hit Rudra in the palms of both hands. I would charge chakra throughout my body and hold out my left hand as I began to gather storm natured chakra around my palm. A glowing orb began to form as I stood perfectly still on Rudra's back. I was attempting to stretch the range of my Compass, if I could I would, but if I couldnt, there was an alternative plan.
Rudra, in less than 1.5 seconds was at Nami and ready to attack. He would take his arms and perform a crossing slash at the man. The crossing slashes of his claws would tear Nami apart like paper if he wasnt prepared enough to block. What Rudra would do at the slashes of his claws is wrap his neck around Nami (not physically touching you though) , as if surrounding the male with a neck that looked like an anaconda snake. Rudra would suffer no damage for his spiked body would be in the helm, able to take on a strike of any S Rank blow. The wrap of the neck would be at an angle, my being at the tip of the arch of the neck. I would then throw the final three 'marked' North Star Kunai in a triangular pattern down at the male. If one were to pierce him, it had the force to go all the way into his body, however, throwing three meant I was antipicating where Nami would go within the whirlwind. No matter where Nami would move, or where Nami would try to go, he would be met by disaster. It was up to the Doraganhato to make his move. He would not be alive much longer, so its not like his move would even matter. Rudra, just in case, began charging wind into his throat, preparing for a devastating attack.

He also has spiked rods going all the way down his back and tail which act as conductors to the lightning element, giving him the ability to have 100% increase in his normal reflexes for 5 posts. This only affects quickness of his limbs, does NOT add to his top speed. This takes 3 posts to charge and if he were to hit an opponent while charged, he can paralyze half of their body, and on the second hit, totally paralyze them, leaving them defenseless. Name: Sky Manipulation Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Wind/Lightning Distance: Entire Area Description: Rudra ability to manipulate wind and lightning, which allows him to control weather patterns and climate control. If Rudra so decided, he could clear the sky or bring forth storm clouds, which have the ability to conctrate lightning for him to use at will.
Lightning Storm - By channeling chakra into the sky, Rudra brings forth storm clouds. From these clouds, Rudra can send lightning bolts down from the sky and at his target. Though not as fast as natural lightning, the bolt travels at fast enough to only give a 2.3 second reaction time to the blast. If hit, the enemy will be paralyzed throughout half their body. It takes three posts to charge forth the clouds, but Rudra can release the lightning in a single bolt for up to four posts after the clouds have been brought forth. The weather patterns stay even after the jutsu is done. Twice per topic.
Clearing the sky - By exerting chakra into the sky, Rudra can essentially clear the sky of clouds around the area and bring forth clear skies. Using the wind patterns, he can essentailyl break away jutsu that can cover the entire area, such as the Hidden Mist Technique of even those on a larger scale. The weather patterns stay after this. Twice per topic.

Name: Dragon Wind Compression Blast Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Wind Distance: 250 Yards to Entire Area Description: Rudra has a long neck that provides the ability to absorb high pressure winds into his neck, allowing him to create sonic boom strength Wind Blasts. Enough to take out entire landscapes. He does so by breathing in wind and compressing it deep within the depths of his neck. He then blasts it downward, compressing the entire area with winds that shatter even the strongest of buildings. This jutsu has the power to shatter bones of its enemy, but this takes a 3 post charge, one time per topic use.
Can be used on a smaller scale which is a direct blast that can cave in the chest of its enemy, by blasting an orb of wind that is triple the size of a basketball, and can travel at the speed of 175 mph. 1 post charge and 4 post cooldown.

As the man who seemingly skated across the winds finished his seal and placed his hand down in mid air and the puff of smoke appeared Nami's fears had been confirmed it was a summoning animal but what came from the smoke surprised Nami to an extreme extent, a dragon. Nami now had Haiten at it's max potential by now and was merely being swung around by the winds. Nami hesitated he felt like he could connect with the animal but that hesitation might have cost him, the dragon came tearing through the winds at a tremendous speed and was upon Nami within a second or two. As Rudra struck at him Nami just barely managed to deflect his attack with Haiten but it sent him flying through the air like a rag doll. Rudra now encircled Nami and as he did the stranger tossed three kunai at Nami and Nami did the only thing he could think of, he slung Haiten through the air at the Kunai the blade should at least have been able to get 2 of the 3 the blade was now a disc of energy and should easily parry or cut through the kunai, after making contact with the kunai Haiten's path was clear it was headed toward the stranger at full speed. Nami managed to maneuver around the final kunai that came at him a grab it by the hilt he would proceed to sling the kunai right back at it's owner. Nami quickly began handseals he had 1 thing left that could help him now this was now a do or die situation and if he was to die he would go out with his most powerful jutsu.

The setup was perfect. Everything went perfectly as planned. In fact, Nami sealed his own fate by grabbing the marked 'marked' Kunai. I used the range of my Eagle Eye Compass, which was enhanced up to 35 yards thanks to the pulsating of the North Star Kunai in which I threw, allowing me to fully process the information of Nami's movements and strike with utter precision. As soon as Nami attempted to reach for the kunai, I registered it as if it were nothing at all, my Omega BLaster of pure lazer energy at its full potential. My move would happen immediately, sending Nami straight to hell.

No handseals would even be attempted by the male for as soon as he commenced his grabbing of the kunai, a hand was able to grasp the forearm, and I appeared before Nami with a sadistic smirk on my face, which he would only see for only a split second, for in my left hand, my Omega Blaster was at point blank range. I had teleported with the Flying Thunder God. From my Talon Blade as soon as I grabbed Nami's arm, erupted a chakra claw of pure chakra that swooped around to potentially catch the opposing arm or legs of Nami if he attempted to counter, but I knew that wouldnt happen for the talon claw was large enough to grab his waist if it wanted to. Fully in front of my opponent, who was wide open in the chest, I slammed my Omega Blaster right into his heart and neck. The blast would melt away his head from his body and melt away the very heart that keeps him alive. It would expand outward as it hit, ripping away any facial existence of the man in front of me. My arm would go through him with ease as my Eagle Eye Compass burned with desire to kill. When I meant time for talk is over, the time for talk was truly over, and the Doragonhato would simply watch his memories fade from reality and into an eternal dream. I finally spoke as it was confirmed that he was dead.

Flying Thunder God Technique:
Name: Flying Thunder God Technique - Flying Raijin Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: - Distance: Unlimited Description: Upon a charge of chakra into the hand of the user, said user can 'mark' that in which they touch with a shiki (rite). This allows the user to transport to their destination regardless of distance. This time/space technique requires 50 chakra for activation, and an additional 20 chakra to travel to the marked shiki. The mark is permanent, however, it will always require a 50 chakra sacrifice in order to reach that destination after the initial 20 chakra. The user can only travel to a shiki mark once a topic, however, if more items are marked from previous topics, those can be teleported to, yet it is still only once per topic per item. The max number of times used per topic per item is 5. If the user tags another in a topic, the item count that can be transported to is 4. If there is a mark in another location (not in the immediate battlefield), it doesnt affect the inventory. However it will require the user to exit the topic and into a new one, thus activating the cooldown. There are no need for handseals to transport to the shiki mark, but only one transportation per post can be executed.
After the topic in which the Flying Thunder God Technique has been used (AFTER Final Teleportation Used in Said Topic), it has a two week cooldown, totalling 14 days. If used for casual purposes, there is no cooldown, but chakra must still be depleted. A user cannot use this jutsu to bypass the journey topic, however, a letter of emergency can allow this once every 2 months. That is a 60 day cooldown.
Omega Blaster:
Name:Storm Release: Omega Blaster Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Storm Distance: Touch Description: Requires a post charge equivalent to handseals into the palm. Upon this charge a spherical energy of ranton chakra appears in hand. It grows into the size of an 8" in diameter sphere, however, it does not rotate the energy. Instead the laser energy glows outwards and pulses, not touching the hand of the user. First Strike - After the activation of the technique the user charges forward and thrusts the technique into their opponent, the force power of the Omega Blaster is enough to melt through any material with ease. When the technique hits the opponent, it can melt through the entire body up then explode outward onto the rest of the body, basically melting all the skin and organs in its path. The explosion of the blast covers a 12" area at that particular area hit. This level of damage will normally kill someone within one to two posts. After the attack lands the enemy is thrown back from the recoil a minimum of thirty yards either through the air, or is slammed up to 2 ft. into the earth's surface.
Second Strike - Exactly like the first strike the user charges towards their intended target and thrusts their hand into the opponent. The second strike is made possible by exerting an extra 20 chakra to keep the technique from dissipating. However, this makes the second strike incredibly weaker than the first, only maintaining a 4" in diameter attack. The loss of power makes it so the technique does not melt all the way to the body of an opponent. The user will only be able to reach halfway into the body, and the explosion can only expand to a 6" area. The recoil is also lower, sending the enemy away a maximum of 15 yards and only slam them 1 ft. into the earths surface.
This technique has a major drawback, however. The chakra drain and stress on the body make it so this technique is only able to be used once per week. However if someone is doing a large amount of in character battle they are able to recharge it through sheer will, for every three IC battles you are a part of in the cool down of the original use you are able to use the Omega Blaster once more, it can be recharged a maximum of three times in a week, an attempted start of a fourth will cause the user's body to completely shut down and kill them.
