The Hebikage sat in his high back chair at the head of his office, a lightning storm was brewing into something terrible outside the reinforced glass walls. Rising from his seat he walked over to the window wall and looked down nearly eighty stories where the ground finally laid staring back up at him. He had been expecting assassins to storm the tower this night and the sun was beginning to set, He walked back to his desk and laid Raijin out on top of his desk and began his wait, looking towards the door as it was the only entrance unless these killers could fly and that was something he doubted.

Ravine silently waited in front of the door of this person she was supposed to assassinate. Though it wasn't of her nature to attack directly, there are always exceptions to the rules. She removed the clip that held her hair together, she smirked knowing that probably her hair would once again be part of this bloody war fare. Ravine, being a sensor, could detect that their target was behind the door she now faced. It was only a matter of time before her partner would give the signal to go in.

Katsumoto was climbing up the grappling hook he had borrowed from the bandits he had killed the week before. He was about 75 stories up now and if he fell he would most likely fall to his doom. Climbing up the fortress was gut wrenching but it had to be done. Katsumoto looked up and charged his chakra, he was going to set the signal by breaking the glass to the Kage's room with his lightning and jumping in.
Katsumoto then pointed his index and middle finger towards the window and took a deep breath. Soon...

Pucko crouched behind Ravine with bated breath, the mission was about to begin and he eagerly awaited the signal from Tokugawa. Readying his chakra he formed handeals and readied the jutsu he would open the battle with, he knew his opponent was much stronger than them, and it would be foolish to try a head on assault, the attack would need to be devious, and creative. Pucko finished the seals and waited patiently for the attack to begin.

Name: Phantom Puppet Fighter Canon/Custom: Custom Type: Genjutsu Element: - Distance: 1000ft Description: Requires Handseals. After performing the required handseals the user shouts and a large flash erupts in the area. Those who hear the shout or see the flash are put under the illusion of the jutsu. Those affected dont notice any immediate change on the battlefield. This justu creates an illusion of the user in the mind of the target(s), and allows the illusion can use phantom versions of every technique the original user can. Upon being struck the illusion appears to regenerate damage by accelerated natural healing. This jutsu is designed to waste the chakra of the target by having them fight an illusion while the user prepares a trap or another jutsu. This jutsu lasts for 5 posts.

Listening while he waited Takeshi heard a noise outside that was out of place, the rain that normally slid right down the side of his office windows was hitting something along their path. It seemed as good a time as ever so he rose up and walked to the wall behind his desk to touch the metal frame directly. A pulse of chakra went out and came back to him revealing that there were two people outside his office door and another one pointing his finger at his window from he side of the building. He simply shook his head in disappointment and curled some of the wall under his grip and he prepared an assault that would take care of one problem right from the start. Using the power of metal crafting he caused the metal in the hook the man was climbing on to fuse to the wall followed by that small segment jutting out nearly thirty feet thus pulling the samurai away from the wall and would alert him at that instant that he had made a life ending mistake. The hook and the section of the wall he moved out were converted into a liquid form which would leave the swordsman with nothing to do but fall seventy five stories down and flatten like a pancake on the street below. Rather than returning to his desk chair he stood behind it, the height of the seat covering him as he performed a series of hand seals, these assassins would not taste his blood this night.

By sensing vibrations in the nearby metal, Kinzoku can perceive their surroundings as precisely as normal sight, within 100 feet. Practitioners can use the sense to detect things out of their line of sight, even right behind them. Obstacles that would normally obstruct regular vision, such as walls and thick dust clouds, are ineffective against Seismic Sense, and caverns and other cavities deep underground can also be detected by an acute Seismic Sense. This can only be done in the idea of equivalent exchange so it a person has two cubic feet of steel in one piece and three cubic feet of metal in another they would only be able to make a piece which is at most five cubic in volume.

Ravine performed handseals and waited for the others to strike. It was just a few moments before being a medic fighter would once again be in play. She shrugged off the fly that swung around her shoulder, not wasting any time, it won't be long before her jutsu would be activated. Ravine senses some activity from inside, in the movement of his hands, she could tell he was performing handseals. She notified her comrads of the activity and awaits what would happen next.

As Katsumoto was knocked away from the wall with his grappling hook he was surprised. Yet when he looked up and then at the building again he realised he was 30 ft away from the wall. It was then that Katsumoto remembered from those who hired him and his team that their target was a great metal bender. It was almost too late, yet as Katsumoto's rope was still attached to that huge metal jut now sticking out of the wall he swung forward 10 ft and still moving forward and down with the momentum of his swing just as the jut was beginning to turn into liquid which would leave Katsumoto stranded away from either another building or the wall of the tower. Grunting with all the physical effort and breathing hard Katsumoto used the chakra he charged and slowed his descent so he could focus on getting into the building. He was now four stories lower then he had wished he had been at.

Pucko burst through the door and unleashed the technique he had held ready, shouting loudly and causing a large flash to flood through the room. Anyone who heard the shout or saw the flash would be under the spell of the genjutsu, and would see an illusion of Pucko instead of his real body, the illusion caused all those affected to percieve it as real, as it would simulate the effects of a real person. Pucko had the illusion dash into the room with its phantom version of his great surge technique. Moving at an incredible rate the phantom would dash into the room and throw a lightning ball at its enemy. Pucko would stand outside the door still, forming handseals and preparing jutsu for the proper attack.

Name: Lightning Release, Great Surge Canon/Custom: Custom Type: Ninjutsu Element: Raiton Distance: Self Description: Requires handseals. This is a powerful technique where the user creates a large surge of bio-electricity in their body. This surge speeds up the synaptic connections in their brain, and hyper accelerates the movements of the user's muscles, allowing the user to react and move at 200% their regular speed. Additionally, any organic being that comes into physical contact with the user while he/she is in this form will receive a moderate electric shock that causes a 40% decrease in physical effectiveness for 1 post and moderate electrical burns on the contacted area. All Earth techniques will also be broken upon contact with the user.
While using this technique the user crackles with energy and blue sparks jump around the surface of their skin. The effects of the jutsu lasts 7 posts, with further use consuming 40 chakra per post. After use of the technique the user reverts to normal, but recieves a 200% decrease in physical speed for a period of one post, with an extra post increase for every extra post the technique was used outside the regular 10. Has a cooldown of 10 posts. Can only be used twice per topic.
Name: Raikyuu ( Lightning Ball ) Canon/Custom: Canon Type: Ninjutsu Element: Raiton Distance: Long Description: Requires Handseals. The user will create a large, several feet in diameter, ball of lightning in their hands. This ball can then be launched at a target and will travel at average speed, as fast as an average running person. When it comes in contact with something, it will burst, damaging and shocking anyone it touches and also slightly shocking anyone within three feet of its edge at the moment of impact. Direct hit may cause the opponent hefty burning damage as if hit by a lightning bolt. Outer damage from being close, can cause a very uncomfortable sensation as well as light numbness.
