A Sannin's Travel [Mission]

It was getting late, and the sun was slowly setting, as Shinobu and those following him left the gates of the wondrous, yet mysterious, villages that was Morigakure. The wind blew softly and Shinobu's coat flapped loudly in the breeze. He was a bit ahead of the others, leading them, and wanting to get to their destination as soon as possible. He had on the mask Zetzray gave him, the one that only had one eye hole. Right now his eye was normal, no need to have the sharingan activated now. As he walked his thoughts drifted a bit to the moment of his death...

That man. That man who killed him. He was another Uchiha, yet was so much more powerful than Shinobu. Their fight had been epic, and many masterful ninjutsu had been preformed, but Shinobu had came up short. Why!? Why was he the one to die!? he was strong enough, fast enough, and even smart enough! He had already experienced a humiliating defeat from Raleth, and now he was defeated again!...

Yet Shinobu was not angry. In fact he was a bit excited at his death. He had come from the gate and now has returned, stronger, and wiser. And if he ever sees that man again, he will kill him.

Raleth walked out of the village with both Shizen and Pucko following. Their headbands clanked loudly as he walked. He wore his red sannin's coat with the red kanji for "Golem" on the back, and horizontally strapped on his back was the huge golem scroll. The golem scroll looked a bit odd. The spine of the scroll was made of pure stone, and the paper had a transition color effect, the colors of the paper were: white, blue, yellow, green, and red. It was a beautiful scroll. On his back was the huge gallon jug with the name "Howling Alcohol" on it. On his other side was a flask with the "wolf" kanji on it. As the wind picked up both Shizen and Pucko would be able to smell the powerful stench of the alcohol. The Wolf King was a hard time drunk.

As Raleth walked he pondered on their next moves, and what had transpired. He had recruited Shizen, as was planned, and recruited Pucko, a bit of a wild card. Both had skills that were yet to be seen, and both could fit perfectly in the plan. As the headbands clanged Raleth smirked. They had given up their allegiance, and now took on the Sannin's own reason for fighting. This was good.

After about an hour of walking Raleth picked up on a familiar scent. The scent of someone who was powerful. The scent of someone who was strong. The scent of an ape. Raleth smiled widely as he walked: The Great Ape had finally returned from his little pilgrimage. Which was amazing, Raleth was missing his ol' drinking buddy.

Shizen had walked out of the gates that led into Morigakure, it was a beautiful place and he was sad to have to leave it, but there was a much bigger purpose he had. He had to gain strength to be able to overcome his family and finally be able to live peacefully. He walked with his Sharingan still activated, not wanting to turn it on because of the fascination with how it made everything look, being able to see the chakra inside of things. He looked at the two in front of him, both had an immense amount of chakra and he could tell that they were much more powerful than they appeared, and something was wrong about the Uchiha, it seemed like his chakra was a mix of two peoples, he wasn't about to just ask him why so he figured if he was supposed to find out he would.

He turned back to the other boy near him and saw his chakra, it was much less significant than the two in front of him, but it was as if it were a kindling flame, it had potential to grow into an inferno. He smelt a large whiff of alcohol come from in front of him but it wasn't enough to bother him, he would get used to it eventually. He looked forward again and pulled out his gold colored blade and began slightly knocking it against every tree he passed causing a rythmic thump, he felt good, this was a good decision he could tell.

Pucko turned as they neared the outer edge of the village and looked once more at the place that had trained him in the ways of the shinobi. The twilight sun's rays trickled through the thick canopy, each ray lit up the motes of dust in the air, causing them to shine with a golden brilliance. As the wind moved through the trees the leaves moved, casting shadows and lighting other parts of the village, causing the light to appear like it was dancing to the rhythm of the trees. His life there had only been a brief few years, but he had grown to love the peace the village brought, and he would miss it. Turning back toward the group he hurried and caught up to them, having fallen slightly behind in his final farewell to his home.

His travelling companions all dwarfed Pucko with their strength and stature. Two of them were highly powerful ninja, and Pucko knew that one was one of the legendary Sannin. Both massively outclassed Pucko in every way, and he felt honoured to be alongside them. His other companion, Shizen, also seemed to outmatch Pucko, despite them being the same rank and slightly younger. Pucko had heard of the poer of the sharingan, the clan was well known throughout the world as being incredibly strong, and Pucko, without a clan, felt insignificant among the group. Nevertheless he was resolute in his decision, and knew that in time he might even come to match his fellow apprentice in strength. As they walked he started an excercise Humming Bird had taught him, focusing his chakra into his hand and slowly moving it around his body. the excercise took control, even moreso to do while moving, and it relaxed Pucko to have something to do while they travelled.

They were about half-way to their destination, following a dirt road that winded and seemed to be quite untraveled. As they walked the landscape slowly began to change. The towering trees that scraped the very skies and danced with the wind now became shorter and a bit uglier. The beautiful wood was replaced with a gray, moss-covered surface. The soil, rich with every plant and beautiful flowers that pleasantly smelled, changed to small grass with bare patches. The nice air became sticky and humid, and soon the foul odor of either dung, or something worse, began to permeate the air. It became thick and foul, yet Shinobu continued to walk.

His eyes were fixated on the direction of the base, the direction of the meeting that Zetzray, the Boar Sage, had agreed upon. As he walked he switched on his sharing an, the three-tomes forming quickly and spinning a bit. As they stopped Shinobu took in a deep breath: he could see the chakra flowing in everything, and was now able to navigate. He looked to his left, using his peripherals to scan Shizen, the young Uchiha. His chakra was low, common for a Genin. Yet in his eyes the chakra almost poured, and Shinobu could see the boy's sharingan was activated. That explained it: Shizen still wasn't used to the power of the sharingan. Shinobu smirked a bit under the mask, as he recalled the first time he activated his sharingan.

Raleigh unhooked the flask that was on his side and uncapped it, the robber stopper hanging on the side by a thread. He drank a bit, gulping loudly. He brought it down and was just about to offer both Pucko and Shizen some but remembered they were still Genin. Their body was not as strong as his own, and they might die if they drink the alcohol Raleth was drinking. Raleth tied the flask back to his side and continued to follow Shinobu.

As they came towards the bogs of the Land hidden in the Vines, Raleth scrunched his nose. The smell was horrible, and Raleth nearly gagged. He hated leaving the swamps and coming back, as he would again have to get used to that horrid stench. As they neared toward the ancient swamp Raleth could sense the massive chakras that was ahead. Shizen as well, would be able to see the massive amount of chakra. After five more minutes they reached a huge mud lake, and everyone including Pucko would be able to feel the massive power of the swamp.

"Welcome to your new home guys"

Shizen cringed slightly as they entered a swampy area, the smell was disgusting but nothing he wouldn't be able to manage in due time. He saw forward and was able to pick out the massive amount of chakra in the place with his eyes, it was just a burst of many different colors, it was astonishing. He stabbed his golden blade into the soft swampy ground and said out loud, while surveying his surroundings with his eyes "Damn....this is...Unbelievable." He drew his blade from the ground after looking around for about 5 minutes and continued to walk forward with Raleth into the swamp, feeling a pressure weigh down on him. This was his new home? It would definitely take some getting used to, but this wasn't the first time he had to adapt to a new environment, he's done it before and he'll do it again. He walked forward fearlessly with Raleth ready to take anything or anyone that came at him.

Pucko chuckled slightly as the smell of the swamp hit his nose, it was a smell he remembered well from his childhood and couldnt help but laugh at finding out where it came from. As a child his father would import fertiliser from a distant place to ensure the gardens were perfectly maintained, the imported goods were kept in a shed on the far edge of the property, only a hundred metres away from where Pucko used to train with his once mentor and friend. The smell was still vile, but it was a nice reminder of past times when everythign seemd right in the world. As they reached the mud lake Pucko felt a shiver run down his spine and shake his body, the sheer quantity of pwer in this place left him in awe. If he, as merely a genin untrained in chakra sensory could feel this much power, he could only imagine how much was actually contained here. He heard Shizen speak and slowly nodded in agreement, "It's...incredible, ive never felt anything like it". If this was his new home he was sure he grow into a great ninja.
