Alright, I'm trying this again.

This is a technique where the user focuses chakra into their hands and feet using precise chakra control and releases it with pinpoint timing right upon impact, which greatly enhances their strength.

While some may see it as merely superhuman strength, this technique is actually an application of Ijutsu that demands excellent concentration and chakra control.

The user must focus chakra into their hands or feet and release it at the exact moment of impact. The pinpoint releasing of chakra can be used to send the opponent flying back depending on the rank of the Chakra Enhanced Strength used.

Chakra Enhanced Strength merely sends the victim careening backwards upon impact depending on rank. This is done by releasing the chakra immediately before the hand/foot hits the victim. When used in battle, this means the user has to specify that they are releasing the chakra right before impact of the blow (within two inches of contact). The concentrated chakra being released directly upon the outside of the body from such a close range explodes on the victim. The chakra itself does not damage the user at all, but it does send them flying back a significant distance. The knock-back distance is what would initially cause any harm to the victim upon the impact of the landing. The victim would be sent flying back in whatever angle the blow was landed. Meaning, if someone was hit with an uppercut, they would fly almost straight into the air the specified distance. If they were punched in the stomach straight on, they would be most likely be sent straight backwards, skipping across the ground. If someone was hit from an aerial angle in the head, they would be sent down into the ground. If someone were indeed hit into the ground however, they would not sink into the ground. They would simply hit the ground with enough force that would have been able to send them flying in the specified distance. Here are the specifications for each rank of CES:

D-Rank:
It hits the victim with enough force to knock them off of their feet and send them 50 feet in the specified direction 12 meters per second.

C-Rank:
It hits the victim with enough force to knock them off of their feet and send them 50 yards (150 ft.) in the specified direction at a speed of 16 meters per second.

B-Rank:
It hits the victim with enough force to knock them off of their feet and send them 100 yards (300 ft.) in the specified direction at a speed of 24 meters per second.

A-Rank:
It hits the victim with enough force to knock them off of their feet and send them 150 yards (450 ft.) in the specified direction at a speed of 32 meters per second.

S-Rank:
It hits the victim with enough force to knock them off of their feet and send them 300 yards (A lot of feet. 900 to be specific.) in the specified direction at a speed of 40 meters per second. Making it nigh impossible to be able to regain a proper landing.


Chakra Enhanced Strength (CES) can also be used to create massive craters in the ground. This use of CES makes use of the same principal as before. Precise control of the chakra, and pinpoint release of it just before impact. By releasing the chakra just above the ground (within two inches), the massive amounts of pure chakra go into every microscopic hole, crevice, or crack. Once the chakra is underground, it expands and explodes instantaneously, causing the ground to erupt into a crater. All of this happens within the second the user releases the chakra on the ground, so it appears the user is simply punching the ground really hard and making a crater. Specifications go as such:

Used on the Ground:

D-Rank: If used on the ground, it has the ability to create a crater approximately 3 ft. deep and 8 ft. in diameter.

C-Rank: Ability to create a crater approximately 4 ft. deep and 10 ft. in diameter.

B-Rank: Ability to create a crater approximately 5 ft. deep and 12 ft. in diameter.

A-Rank: Ability to create a crater approximately 6 ft. deep and 14 ft. in diameter.

S-Rank: Ability to create a crater approximately 7 ft. deep and 16 ft. in diameter.


Chakra Enhanced Strength is basically a really powerful force used to move things with pure, nonelemental chakra. It does have limitations to what it can propel though. If something exceeds the maximum weight that a use of Chakra Enhanced Strength can send careening away, the Chakra Enhanced Strength won't affect it at all. Here are those limitations:

D-Rank: 300 lbs

C-Rank: 800 lbs

B-Rank: 1000 lbs (1 ton)

A-Rank: 1500 lbs

S-Rank: 2000 lbs (2 tons)


For all strength variations of Chakra Enhanced Strength, chakra charge time is the same as jutsu at each rank. As far as chakra usage goes, the use is a bit less than standard jutsu because of it being simply melee attacks being individually affected (except for the S-rank). Chakra usage for each rank goes as such:

D-Rank: 5 Chakra

C-Rank: 15 Chakra

B-Rank: 20 Chakra

A-Rank: 35 Chakra

S-Rank: 50 Chakra

There is no cooldown for each use up through B-rank. However, there are still limitations:

D-Rank: Unlimited Uses; No cooldown

C-Rank: 4 Uses: 1 Post Cooldown

B-Rank: 3 Uses: 1 Post Cooldown

A-Rank: 2 Uses; 3 Post Cooldown

S-Rank: 1 Use; No CES may be used in the same topic after this has been used.

During each cooldown time period, no CES is allowed to be used at all. Also, in Casual RP, there are no cooldowns or post restrictions, but Chakra must always be expended.

There are three slots open for this Special Case Jutsu, and each applicant MUST have Ijutsu in one of their first three specializations. It is strongly recommended that each applicant reads this guide through thoroughly in order to understand the entire system. It can be overwhelmingly confusing in battle unless the user actually knows what he/she is doing. Any person wishing to purchase this jutsu must be of Chuunin rank or higher, due to a Genin not knowing how to focus chakra this precisely.

Yessir, fixed it. I was thinking of doing a Gates kind of thing and making it a certain amount of chakra per rank.

Well, what Tak and I did, was separate the punching of an enemy into one group section, then Punching the ground or an inanimate object into another group section.

So you want me to completely separate the material- punching from the physical knock-back?

Thats what we did. We had

Punching the enemy

Punching Inanimate objects

Punching the ground

Each had its own distinct damage, and we had it set up what would happen if you chose to use a certain type. There were massive limits to usage also. Its not something your going to be able to just use whenever you please all the time.

Alright, so since you don't have the internal thing in there, should I just trash that or make it a fourth section? Also, I'll add bigger limits. I have an idea for that anyway.

No, internal damge goes in the section where if you hit an enemy. Tak and I had it something along these lines.

D Rank - Enemy coughs blood.

C Rank - Coughs blood, 15% loss of vision.

B Rank - Coughs blood, throws up, 25% loss of vision

A Rank Coughs blood, throws up, slight internal bleeding begins, 35% loss of vision

S Rank - Coughs blood, throws up, heavy internal bleeding, possible ruptured organ, 45% loss of vision.

That.. is a ton more simple than I made it into. I like it. A lot less confusing that way. I'll get into editing it and will bump it as soon as I finish a bit more of my clan.

Although, since techinically when its used, it doesnt do any initial damage to the surface, if you hit a rooted down plate of steel, for example, wouldnt it just send the user flying back/up because of recoil? Because isnt it just a distance thing? I mean its not like we'd have to worry about which rank would break a weapon either, because it wouldn't break any weapons, it would just send them flying from their owners' hands to somewhere lightyears away. Right?

Can I cut in??? i was planning to use this kind of jutsu as well...
And whenever it is done, I wanna use this too (to remove stress and hassle to everyone [staff and admin] in approving it... [That is, if Rohim would allow me to use the same application he's using]

anywhhooo. first., this jutsu isn't really a medical jutsu. It's more of a taijutsu move. Or a chakra precision thing.
Then second, i think the difference between hitting the ground and innanimate objects shouldn't be different.
Third, I don't get why the person needs to lose whatnot percent of his eyesight when hit by this jutsu... couldn't they just have broken bones or something? It could shatter rocks, so why can't it do the same to bones?
And lastly, I think that the jutsu will never break weapons (unless the owner of the weapon approves of it) although this jutsu could probably break wooden weaponry (like puppets for example)

PLUS: I think that this will be very overpriced from what I've read. I'm saying it is overpriced because I do think that since a chuunin can use this to points where she could break stuff brutally (talking bout Sakura), it shouldn't be over 10,000 ryo.

As a special case jutsu this will be made available to multiple members and if you meet the qualifications, still have room on the list and can pay for it you can use it so no need to worry.

This here is not a taijutsu, it has been noted in the canon that this is the advanced use of chakra control gained only through medical shinobi training into the user's muscles as a supplement for physical strength. Long story short its steroid no jutsu (which even just sound like Ijutsu) and nothing else.

The difference between ground and objects is to help determine what kind of wall or other item you could break and how big a hole you can make if you punch the ground, unless we are going to either seriously over power the item break part of majorly underplay the ground smash they need to be separated.

Loss of eye sight is due to internal damage, if you have ever been punched in the gut you know that you become slightly light headed and vision might get a little blurry depending on the force of the blow, we also weren't going to do broken bones since it would once again have to be majorly under played for a forum.

The thing is that here we make people define exactly what their weapons / armors / items take to be destroyed so things like this will be around and regardless of if the user doesn't want it to be broken it will shatter if the force of something over powers it like this can.

About over pricing, Im not sure what you mean with your reason. Giving the example of chuunin level Sakura obliterating a large chunk of the training grounds (which also more or less negated Kakashi's doton technique) actually would influence a staff member to put the price even higher since that is very powerful considering it takes Sakura, a person who is extremely weak in a physical hand to hand sense, and turns her into a beast mode second or third gate level Rock Lee.

Regarding the loss of eyesight... maybe it's because I have never been actually punched before? So I really don't know.

Anywho. Wouldn't this be somewhat of a supplementary form of jutsu?

Can we decide on the amount of chakra used to measure it's strength? I noticed this being used in the "mystical palm" tech i wanna cross over from mirage.

As far as chakra goes for CES, you will be able to use it from D to S, however, again, there will be limitations if you use the higher version. This jutsu will by far be the longest in paragraph form we have, which this is needed for special case jutsu which are banned jutsu we are nerfing to allow freedom of use.

Alright I'm gonna hop back in here to my jutsu and bring up the point i was attempting to make before all that happened.

As I said before, since when it hits the body, it doesnt do any damage as a punch itself, but instead merely sends them flying back a significant distance, should we not be talking about what it can break through, and instead how heavy something has to be in order to be knocked over? Correct me if I'm wrong, I'm just trying to clear up any speculations anyone, including myself, may have in the future.

Before I even glance at the rest, this needs to be changed. Special Case doesnt work this easily. It has to have major cooldowns, even for D Rank. No unlimited use and even A rank would limit the rest of the uses. I will need to get with Takeshi and have us edit what you have ourselves to get the numbers right. This weekend will we will have it completely adjusted. So just be a little patient...
