Slave Duty [mission]

Shitty was standing in the kitchen of a local restaurant specializing in scorpion tail, a famous delicacy of Sabakugakure. He had arrived about three hours ago and had been busting his ass making sure the job was done right, after all what went into some of the poor saps might soon go into his own stomach. It was dirty work but he seemed to be dealing with it just fine thus far, no random episodes of his darker side had happened today. The people coming in shockingly didn't often order the tail which after a while started to piss of Shitai since it was his favorite dish past a certain delicacy so hard to acquire it was a taboo. Then in came a few fellow members of the Aburame clan, his family didn't often dine out but when they did there was only one place for them to go. But seeing his cousins here also helped him discover something, there was no desire to devour any of them. Even though his hunger had been aching all day when he saw them he forgot for a moment and just felt satisfied. This discovery made him curious but he couldnt get to distracted, after all this was a mission.

When he visited his cousins they shared a few casual jokes about the night terror that was dragging little kids off never to be seen again, one of them even mentioned a rumor he heard that it was actually a very twisted shinobi from the village that kidnapped the poor children and molested them in a dark basement. Shitty just laughed at that one, what happened to the kids might not be rape but it was indeed a violation of their private space. As he had hoped they all ordered the scorpion's tail so after jotting down the code and number of how many for the cook he dropped off the note and got some booze from the back. He laid down a couple forties and they all cheered, they cheered again when he said he was paying. They all drank until the food was ready and brought out to them, this was the last table for Shitai so he was enjoying himself a tad by spending time with the people he most often neglected without meaning to. He was glad to at long last not feel the hunger for a moment, it gave him strength but weakness was almost the same thing.

When the food was brought out they all rejoiced and grabbed their forks, with them they cracked open the hard shell and dug out all the meat from within. The group feasted on their meals in sheer delight at the texture and flavor, these scorpions had been quite large and the meat inside was so tender than it seemed to melt away as it touched your tongue. That alongside a rather large amount of beer made for the perfect family outing. When he was finished Shitty went into the kitchen and handed over his mission card for the owner to sign, if he didn't get this done his whole afternoon would have been wasted. He hurried along after getting what he needed followed him saying good bye to some of the nicer workers like the older lady that washed the dishes and spoke with a funny accent. His cousins had waited for him outside and were smoking joints witha a puff puff pass, good times. Shitty joined in with his own and passed it along until the were all high as a kite a few blocks away from home. It took a few hours but the group finally made it home and they all went to chill at his uncle's house, he was known for his euphoric desert weeds and they weren't ready to come down yet.
