Description: Ryū no hokorim Is an 9 ft long great sword weighing at about 68 lbs created from that of the clan's own dragon scales, Although the appearance would say other wise. The blade isn't big enough to hide Nami's entire body behind it maybe a quarter of it. With the Giant gap in the center of the blade other weapons can easily get caught and be countered with a flick of the wrist.
Abilities: The blade influences Nami's raiton chakra, the sword has the abilty to in case itself in said chakra to be utilized as the user, pleases for instance waves of lightning can be fired at a target the wave will form into a crescent shape about the size of the user doubled and the width 2", going about 15 ft from the launched point at about 30 mph and causing numbness in the area hit, not only that but the base of attack has enough force to knock there opponent or an object off it's feet and back and or up 10ft. The attack is treated as that of a C rank so can easily be countered by higher ranking ninjutsu. The lightning aura does not have to be fired it can be maintained around the sword and still have the same effectiveness as it would be launched from the sword.
Durability: Indestructable
History: Ryū no hokori was created way before the time of any of the existing Doragonhato except that of the Earth Doragonhato. She would forge the blade by herself and treated it as one of her prized possessions. When she passed no other Doragonhato could interact with the blade that was until Nami was born. He is said to have the exact same DNA of the first Doragonhato, thus allowing him to wield and carry the blade as his own.

length, Ill say 7ft
Width, Ill go with 4ft, Sound good?

Let's just go with users height and the width of the blade doubled. So maybe a few inches thick. You claim it as D Rank, so it cant be too large.

Im ok with everything but the width. It should only be 2" wide at C rank. Its already uber tall. Make that specific edit and I believe we will be done. It will give plausibility to a small area being numb. C Rank cant numb an entire body.
