First Name: Kibou
Last Name: Uchiha (Tsukuyomi Path)
Gender: Male
Height: 6'0"
Weight: 150 lbs
Age: 18
Birthday: November 5th
Village: Morigakure
Rank: Genin
Elements: Katon / Suiton / Raiton
Specializations: Genjutsu / Ninjutsu / Kenjutsu / Taijutsu
Personality:Kibou is a very humorous and friendly person, albeit a bit obnoxious. He loves to be the center of attention and was the class clown during the academy. In fact, his humor is the reason why he hasn't been able to rank up properly. He will almost go out of his way to make a joke, even if it will compromise a mission or cause his superiors to be angry with him. He can even laugh when faced with a life or death situation. Despite his idiotic appearance he is actually quite brilliant, able to decipher and understand things faster then the average person, yet tries to hide it. Kibou, strangely enough, burst with energy at times which seems odd to have it. If he applied himself, he could probably be a great ninja. If.
Likes:Kibou loves jokes and humor, and loves even the most simple puns. Sometimes the jokes can go over his head, but any laughter is welcomed, even if it is at himself. He also loves doing nothing, and feels his greatest achievements is when nothing has been accomplished. Secretly, he likes to mess with people's heads. Because he outwardly acts like an idiot, people find him more trusting and befriend him easily. Most of the time he is kind, but sometimes he will mess with them and cause their other friends to hate them, or vice versa. Kibou also loves gossip.
Dislikes:Kibou hates hypocrisy, and those who do not believe in what they say. He will in fact try and destroy those who do not "practice what they preach" so to say. Kibou also hates doing work, or anything that involves moving, sometimes. He is quite lazy, and work is the bane of laziness. But the biggest thing Kibou hates the most is those who do not have their own opinion and blindly follow someone else's. He believes everyone should be a leader, and there should be no such thing as followers. Those who follow do not deserve to live, in his eyes.
Motivation:Kibou is motivated by his secret desire to learn and gather more information. He believes that knowledge is true power, and those who do not have it should serve those who do have it. Strength should not prevail in his eyes, only intellectuals. In his mind, the perfect world would be run by the smartest minds in the worlds, each country an owner of a different philosophy. A beautiful, yet odd dream. Especially since he acts stupid.
Fears:Kibou has and innate fear of being in an accident and losing his intelligence. He feels it defines him as a person, and if he became even a bit less intelligent he would be part of the masses, the drool, the proletarians. This is also why he avoids a lot of physical activities, because he has a ridiculous fear that he may sweat out his brains.
UchihaBloodline: Mangekyo, Eternal Mangekyo
Bloodline Ability: Kekkei Genkai Ability: The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see the flow of chakra. The Sharingan can tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular.
The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements. As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe seals, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not have time to react.
The Sharingan's third and most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to memorize any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other kekkei genkai techniques. The user can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as their own, or even modify them to create their own new techniques. In order to reproduce a copied jutsu, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. In addition to physical skill and kekkei genkai techniques, the Sharingan cannot reproduce jutsu dependent on other factors, such as summons that the user has not signed a contract with.
The Sharingan's final commonly-used ability is capable of inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through genjutsu cast by simple eye contact. More advanced Sharingan users can take the hypnosis ability even further to the point where a powerful summons or even Bijuu’s may be controlled. When this was used against summons and the Bijuu’s their eyes took on the tomoe pattern of the users' Sharingan while under hypnotic influence.
The hypnotic ability coupled with the other aspects of the Sharingan, can make the user appear as if they can "see the future". First, the user must perfectly mimic every move their opponent makes and possibly their thoughts and words through careful observation. Then, they suggest an action to the opponent such as hand seals for a jutsu that the opponent and Sharingan user already know and copy that. With these things done, the user can complete the action even before the opponent does, possibly using the Sharingan's genjutsu to confuse or delay them. As with other genjutsu, genjutsu cast by the Sharingan are capable of putting an opponent to sleep, inducing paralysis, replaying memories to someone else, or creating various illusions to deceive someone. The potency of the Sharingan's illusion is dependent on the user's knowledge and skill with implementing genjutsu.
Although the Sharingan consumes the user's chakra while active, the chakra levels that the user must exert is so insignificant that they can keep it active constantly. However, when a Sharingan is transplanted to a non-Uchiha, the chakra drain is significant, leading them to cover it up when not in use, to stop the drain.
The Mangekyō Sharingan gives the user access to several powerful techniques, including the powerful fire jutsu Amaterasu and the almost unbreakable genjutsu Tsukuyomi. The Mangekyō Sharingan erodes the eyesight of its users, eventually causing blindness, which can be prevented by obtaining another pair of Mangekyō Sharingan from a sibling. The new Sharingan is dubbed the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan

Clan History:The Uchiha clan descended from the elder of the two sons of the Sage of the Six Paths. The elder brother inherited the Sage's "eyes", powerful chakra and spiritual abilities. When it came time for the Sage to choose a successor, he questioned the two on what course of action they would follow to bring order to the world. The elder believed that might was the way to bring peace, while the younger believed love was the way. The Sage favoured the ideal of the younger brother, and therefore designated the younger as his successor, causing the elder to be filled with jealousy and hatefulness. From the younger son descended the Senju clan who would be the eternal rivals of the Uchiha.
Before the founding of the ninja villages, the Uchiha were one of the many mercenary clans for hire. Because of their Sharingan, the Uchiha clan came to be known as one of the two strongest clans, the other being the Senju clan. As time passed the Uchiha grew stronger, conquering whatever clans they came upon, such that, whenever the Uchiha clan was hired for a job, the opposing side would hire the Senju, and vice versa.
The Senju clan, grew tired of the endless fighting, and approached the Uchiha clan with a peace treaty. The leader at that time feared that an alliance would lead the Uchiha to ruin, but his clan disagreed, and he was forced to accept. The two clans came together to form Kusamugakure, with the leader of the Senju Clan, being selected as kage. They turned their backs on those who opposed the overall decision, and they defected. Now the Uchiha clan slowly regained their influence in peacetime but what happens next will depend on the generations to come.
History:Birth of a ShinobiKibou was born into a middle class family in the middle of Arashigakure, with a father that was strict and a mother that worked too much. At a very young age it was obvious that Kibou had an above average intellect, able to surpass other young children with the tasks. Yet he was also a bit of a trouble maker, the reason being he was so bored because he was so far ahead of his peers. This sort of placed an egotistical mark on Kibou, letting him assume that he was smarter then most he met, yet this was rarely proven wrong. His father was proud of his son's intellect, in visioning great things for his son. Yet Kibou had a problem: Too much energy. He was always seething with it, almost flowing energy, never staying still. This caused him to do very stupid things, things his father was not proud of. Yet both his parents saw something in the young Kibou's intellect and energy: the makings of a great ninja.
The AcademyWhen Kibou was 8 he was entered into the academy, and to his sensei's surprise excelled in all areas quite quickly. His intellect and ability to grasp concepts were spectacular, and in fact he would be one of the youngest ones to graduate from the academy. He would have been. But Kibou loved to fool around, mess with both his sensei's and his classmates, so much in fact that he was held back. Hell, if he wasn't raising Cain he was sleeping. This angered his father, his mother, and teachers. His teachers all said that if he applied himself he would be great. But Kibou had no motivation to try and go higher. Nothing. It was strange, and when he was 16 he finally graduated the Academy, the oldest one in his class, and perhaps ever.
PresentCurrently Kibou has stayed a Genin for two years, doing nothing but relaxing. He lives in his own apartment, in a different district than his parents. He has only done missions that were needed for ryo, not to rank up. He sleeps a lot more, and could be considered more of a normal citizen than a shinobi. Yet in the back of his mind something compels him. Perhaps it is his strict father. Or it could be nothing and he's crazy. Perhaps Kibou will stay a genin forever. But who knows? Kibou could find his muse, and become a very powerful ninja.
RP Sample:Kibou breathed heavily as he fell to the ground, his energy from his body almost gone, his chakra nearly depleted. Sweat drops formed on his face and fell to the ground, making the soil under him damp. He looked up, his sensei staring at him with a fierce expression, and a kunai lined with Kibou's own blood. Kibou touched his face, and could feel the warm red liquid, and felt it slowly run down his check. He got up slowly, drawing a kunai and holding it near his chest, pointing it towards the sensei. Kibou took a deep breath and ran at him, trying as hard as he could to not collapse from exhaustion. The sensei also charged at Kibou. As the two met Kibou thrusted at his sensei's chest, but the sensei deflect the stab upwards, grabbed Kibou by the collar, flipped him, and slammed him down, drawing the kunai near Kibou's neck.
His sensei spoke, his voice filled with a tinge of disappointment,
"You fail again..."
