Rape in the Oasis [mission]

They just never learn, Shitai was upset for he had put hard work into creating scare tactics to discourage rape within Sabaku but it seemed all his efforts were for naught since even still it continued to happen. The pain of losing so much pure food was like being stabbed directly in the heart and he just couldn't bear it any longer so he once again took the mission to destroy these pests.

Just like last time he had done this, he dug a hole off the side of the road. This time, however he didnt go into it but just sat on a bench watching the sun, he always enjoyed the sunsets in this part of the globe, the rolling dunes ever so slowly eating away the symbol of warmth and goodness. The ideas of some good eating tonight made his stomach growl a little for it had been quite some time since he last fed on anything but bread and water so he needed meat. The time was swiftly approaching so he stood and walked into the shadows of a nearby alley and started to perform some interesting hand seals, based on the chosen combinations it was for a katon style, a very powerful katon style and not a moment to soon. For as he got near the middle of the seal combination a young woman walked by and a man in a large trench coat with a shady atmosphere about him follow quickly after.

The woman seemed to notice that her stalker was there at long last and not a moment to soon, she managed to dodge just as he grabbed for her shoulder. He seemed rather annoyed and shed away his heavy clothing o show that he was some sort of body building strong man and Shitai's mouth began to water in anticipation as he imagined the well toned flesh being torn from the skeleton later but then remembered what he had planned and knew that wouldn't be happening so he continued on and tried to speed through the remaining seals before his meal was destroyed by means of another.

Shitai froze for a moment before he placed both palms flat on the sand, for a moment it seemed nothing would happen but then out of his wrists and sleeves burst dozens of exploding tags which were blown around almost like they were caught up in a strong breeze. In reality each and every one of these tags were under the complete control of the shinobi hiding in the shadows watching the rapist ignore the rustling of paper as he caught the girl that was caught off guard by the sudden sound with a large powerful hand. He raised her up to eye level and sniffed her over, was he a cannibal as well? Shitai didn't know but he wasn't about to try and find out since the discovery of another with the hunger would result in him losing it and slaughtering many people tonight which he could not afford to do without risking being found out to early.

The exploding notes of parchment blew in the control of Shitai and quickly made their way nearly one hundred feet to the man holding the woman, as the first ones attached themselves onto his ankles his fate was sealed but he didn't seem to notice since he was caught up in his captured prey. The notes contained to attach themselves onto his living corpse and he finally seem to understand he was under assault as he saw one grabbing onto his stomach when he licked the woman's arm full length and dropped her to try and rip the notes off. Shitai shook his head and muttered to himself, "Come on bitch get out of there, you can obviously see he is a bomb now run....RUN!!" The woman sat there looking in terror and paralyzed by shock for a few seconds but then scrambled to her feet as the man gave up on trying to remove the bombs that continued to attach themselves onto his body as he struggled. She managed to start running and Shitai was going to give her a chance to completely clear the blast radius but the rapist started to close in on her so he just hoped she knew what to happen in case of a large scale explosion.

His hands came together with both index and middle fingers sticking straight into the heavens while his remaining fingers and thumbs interlocked with each other, the seal of the tiger had been formed and the technique was complete. All in a single instant the two hundred exploding notes attached to the man chasing after the poor girl sizzled for less than a moment, it was almost as if they went off and then gave their warning. There were body parts scattered everywhere and sizzling flesh could be found everywhere within the crater created by the blast. Shitai took a moment to check the vitals of the escaped victim and she seemed fine but unconcious, with the level of noise he had just made the entire village might think they were under attack so he ducked into the shadows and made his way home to lay low, he could pick up his check tomorrow.
