Description: A pair of magically altered Shoulder guards. These appear golden, and are always shining. The shoulder Plates themselves are riddles with intricate desgins and pictures. The shoulder plates have black nylon straps running so they wrap from one shoulder to the opposite hip, than around the hip once, and back up the way the came. The Plates are large, Them being larger than Etais shoulders. The wings themselves are large, each one spanning about 2 yards each. They look like modern dove wings, them stark white, and shining, like, well, an Angels wings. Each individual feather on them can be noticed easily.
Abilities: Materialize Wings: Etai materializes a pair of wings sprout from their back. The wings are roughly 2 meters each, and have an almost transparent feature to them. When Etai wants, he can flap these wings at any time and can fly as high as he wants. They can also be used for slight protection, as much as a pair of solid bone wings can handle. These can be used for flight and several other abilities. Lasts ten posts. Ten post cooldown.

Wind Repel: User flaps their wings once to repel any Fuuton technique regardless of the rank. The users wings have to flap from behind them, and fly forward for the ability to process. Once per Topic.

Gust: No charge. User flaps their wings several time to knock somebody 5 feet backwards. Three post cooldown. Etai is not able to use this within two posts of using the Wind Repel. At first, when flapping his wings fully, the gust will appear small, but it gets bigger almost immeadiatly. It takes no chakra from him, and it will cause the opponent to stumble back in the distance stated above. The user has to be perched on solid ground for this to work, or else he will repel himself back five feet instead of throwing someone away five feet.

Whirlwind: Etai charges chakra into his wings for two posts and creates a whirlwind that is capable of knocking everbody within a 100 feet range 20 feet backwards. The whirlwind takes the form of a small tornado like wind, sending small objects spiraling along with it. Five post cooldown.

Cyclone Shield: No Charge. User twirls around as the wings cover the torso and head, this deflects Raiton up to C-rank. The Wings don't allow any sight to escape in front of Etais vision, so he must rely on Eagle Eye Compass to guide him when he does this. If hit by a stronger Raiton attack, the Shield will break, sending Etai flying back several feet. No charge up. Five post cooldown.
Durability: The durability can withstand Taijutsu of any Rank, and up to B Rank Raiton Ninjutsu. If anything above the desired Strength of it hits the Wings, their bones crack and eventually break, and it will take a mending topic of at least 500 words to fix them before they are useable again. If the wings are hit by fire, they will light up, like any normal feather would, but the wings will not burn away into ash unless the Katon attack is at least B-Rank.
History: An Item Etai had taken from an alleged vampire queen not so long ago after defeating her.

Ok, for now, I would like to see more in depth description. Only because a vague description was made for you. Can you advance the description a bit more in each section?

If their angelic wings, they cannot be ghostly. Change that

Wind Repel - needs to be a once per topic use.

Gust - Is there a charge for this, and do you have to be standing or can you be airborne while this is happening? Several times flapping is still vague.

Whirlwind - Do not say awhile. Simply say user charges their wings to flap for 2 posts, to create a whirlwind that knocks the enemy back.

Cyclone Shield - So when doing this, what happens when higher rank jutsu hit it? Can the wings be deactivated by fire?
