Skar Dovahkiin (Finished) Person12
Personality: Skar is in his mlate-20s with the personality of a wise old man. He is calm and sturdy, yet he is relentless and does what needs to be done. He adores challenges of his physical capabilities, and highly respects those who feel similarly. He has been through many hardships in his lifetime, and through those hardships he has learned many lessons that most his age, and even some older than he, would never dream of learning. His past is frightening and considered inexpressibly brutal by some, but to him, it was just how his life went. He didn't know any better life than that of his own, so he was content with it. He had learned to adapt to whatever hardship was thrown his way, and therefore had become a hardy adult. He was built to comprehend the worst odds that were stacked against him, and he was strikingly calm about handling it all.

Likes: Skar loves challenges. He loves doing whatever he can to beat any challenge thrown at him, because it gives him a sense of self-completion unmatched by any other experience. He also loves acts of human compassion. He was raised into a terrible life, and because of the lack of compassion shown to him, he loved watching acts of compassion occur throughout the world around him. If he were to open up to any individual, he would also enjoy performing these acts of compassion himself. He also really, really likes sarcasm. His life has developed a dry sense of humor to arise inside of him, and he relishes others who understand that humor. He also loves the wind. Wind, to him, is life. It is free, full of motion, and it is its own. He strives to be like wind, in that sense.

Dislikes: Skar dislikes darkness for reasons that occurred in his past. In his mind, darkness is evil. It is raw, destructive power that can't be tamed, unless by the defensive power of light. He also dislikes tyrants and dictators. He will do what he can to usurp for the people, and to do the right thing no matter the cost.

Motivation: Skar's rough past leads him to strive for the well-being of others. His main purpose is to defend good against evil, to put it broadly. He has been through a lot, and aims to help anyone else on any rough journey that they may be going through to ease the pain he knows they feel. In the long run, Skar aims to be the ultimate form of the defender of good, bane of evil, and upholder of the righteous. But because of the realistic side to his personality, he realizes this is a very far-fetched fantasy. Although that doesn't mean he won't try to reach it.

Fears: Skar fears being succumbed. He fears the awful feeling of not being able to help no matter how hard he tries. He is mostly fearful of being hopeless. As most of his life was void of all hope, he forever feared the return of that sense, and attempted very hard to live an optimistic lifestyle to get completely away from ever feeling hopeless again.

Clan Name Here

Bloodline: Way of Dov
Bloodline Ability: The Dovahkiin have the ability to focus chakra into their vocal cords and project jutsu into a vocalization. All members have ninjutsu primary or secondary and have the elements Fuuton, Katon, and Raiton. All stages of the Way of the Dov are passive.

Stage Two: All Dovahkiin of Jounin rank or higher must undergo training with another member of the Dovahkiin of equal or higher rank to develop hard, dragon-like skin that is immune to Taijutsu and Kenjutsu B-rank or lower, halves damage (-50%) of A-rank, and lowers S-rank by 25%.

Stage Three: Dovahkiin of S rank or higher must undergo a ritual performed by two Dovahkiin (that know the proper chant) that results in the user developing dragon-like strength in their bones, making it impossible for bones to break, for bones to be cut through, or for limbs to be dislocated.

Location: Morigakure - Scattered

Clan History: The clan of the Dovakiin, or the Dragonborn, began long ago with a man named Kriger Dovahkiin. He had been raised by dragons, and taught their language. They taught him how to use chakra to transform jutsu into Shouts using his Voice, or Thu'um. They also blessed him with parts of their souls and gave him dragonlike features such as dragon skin, and dragonlike bones. They also taught him how to bless others with these gifts. He left the dragons when he was 70 years old, and created a clan named after his last name, Dovahkiin, which indeed translated to Dragonborn. His new clan prospered for many years after his death, and they lived in harmony with the dragons. However, after many years, the dragons betrayed them, and began wiping out he Dovahkiin with the belief that the ability to Shout should only be reserved for dragons and dragons only. The Dovahkiin were mostly destroyed until one man, the great grandson of Kriger, created a shout called Dragonrend. He used it to annihilate the dragons whom betrayed his people. Unfortunately, even by his efforts, he was slain by the few remaining dragons not yet murdered by the man driven by revenge. The few remaining dragons scattered across the land. Many centuries passed, and a man named Skar discovered books in a library written by the last Dragonborn. The books were labeled as fiction, but the two Dovahkiin knew they weren't; they knew that this was their actual ancestry. They revived the long forgotten clan, and established it again in the village of Hyougagakure. They sent out messages inviting any remaining Dovahkiin to join them in the village hidden in the forest that they have created by using their shouts to sing into the trees, growing them into a beautiful village and giving them magical properties.

Skar Dovahkiin (Finished) Histor10
History:

Skar was born into an extremely poor family in the village of Arishagakure 26 years ago. His mother was deathly ill, and his father was a trained ninja who was constantly sent on missions for the Kage. He grew up in the village of the storm, and lived a feeble livestyle. He had no training whatsoever in the shinobi arts, until one fateful day that changed his life forever. His mother, who had suffered from a rare disease since his birth, finally died when he was 8 years of age. His father went on a two-year drunken rampage. Every day he would beat his son, Skar, and cause physical damage equal to that of his opponents in battle. Skar would carry these bruises for a long, long time before they would finally fade away. One day, in a drunken fit of desperation, his father drew on blade on him, and threatened his life. He pushed the flat of his katana to Skar's neck, and pressed harder and harder. As the blade began to push hard enough against his skin, blood began to trickle. Skar reached down to his father's belt, grabbed a kunai, and shoved it into the back of his father's skull. Skar had watched his mother die, and now he had murdered his own father. His father had become an evil man, and deserved nothing less to die, but Skar always regretted being the one to do the deed. Knowing that the authorities would come to investigate and eventually arrest him, he ran away. At the age of 10, Skar was roaming the country in search of a home. He had not known friends, nor had he known a functioning family, or an education. His family had been too poor to afford school, or to buy a house in a nice nieghborhood, and Skar had learned to fear the world around him.

Upon stowing away on a fishing boat back away from his home village, he found himself roaming around the mainland. He was a 10-year-old nomad. He traveled to many places for the next two years, inheriting customs and viewing styles of fighting from each of the city. Every time he came across a ninja, he always made sure to pay close attention to them. He was fascinated by the different styles of shinobi, and one of his dreams was to one day use his own unique style and become a ninja himself. After those two years of travelling passed, he settled down in the small hurricane village called Harikengakure. It was hidden from the rest of the world, and to him, a perfect location to finally become a ninja.

He immediately enrolled in Hariken's Ninja Academy upon settling down in a nearby inn on the outskirts of the village. He needed to stay away form the main parts of the village, or people would get suspicious of the 10 year old wandering around, and he never really was one for attracting unwanted attention. At the academy, he met many friends, including Kina Shoji. Kina became his best friend throughout the Academy, and soon he told her of his past. He told her everything, his past, his feelings, and anything that had been stirring around in his head that he hadn't been able to tell anyone his entire life. She eventually convinced her family to let him move in with them, because of his lack of home since he left the village of the storm. They developed an unbreakable bond, that would last them many years after. After both becoming Genin of Harikengakure, they decided to travel to the village in the oasis, Oashisugakure. Both being age 13, they decided to do missions for the local Kage to make a name for themselves. They honed their skills together, and became irreplaceable partners to each other. Where one failed, the other excelled, they couldn't be beaten. Skar had developed a nigh-perfected defensive strategy, and was an excellent Taijutsu fighter that was very good at evading and blocking, using his opponent's force against them. Whereas his partner, Kina, had become well-adapted to a heavy offensive strategy, and hadn't been very good at defense. They were perfect for one another. When the Chuunin Exams sign up sheet began being published in their village, they immediately signed up, then traveled to the village that was hosting the Exams, Morigakure. They had only been in the oasis for a year, and now they had to leave for a completely new lifestyle once again. They left the void, hot, and dry desert they had become accustomed to, and arrived at a place filled with life. It had trees, animals with fur instead of just with reptilian scales, and water. They loved it in this village, and never planned on leaving, even after the Chuunin Exams.

The Chuunin Exams were set to begin two days after the partners arrived in the village. They signed up at the Ninja Academy of the forest village the day before. They rented a room in a local inn, and spent the night there. Skar awoke on a patch of grass. He was surrounded by a canopy of trees, and the sunlight was beaming through the tops of the trees onto his face. He stood up, and discovered that the canopy he was under was covering a grassy plain in the middle of the forest he was at, where ever that was. He looked across the plain and saw another man waking up, looking confused, then realized that Skar was there. Skar knew what was happening, the Exams had begun. The other man obviously realized this as well, because he immediately sprinted at him. Skar caught him in mid sprint. He lunged a fist at Skar's face, but Skar ducked a little to the left, grabbed the man's fist with his right hand, and threw it to the man's left to spin him around. As the man spun around, Skar assaulted his spine with a flurry of punches. He fell down, stunned, but then he stood back up and came at Skar again. He tried to do a roundhouse kick into Skar's gut, but Skar punched the bottom of his leg as it came around. Because of the force of Skar's punch to his calf, his leg flew up and arched over Skar's head. The man landed, and tried to recover form the confusion of what just happened. While he was collecting his thoughts, Skar sent an uppercut into his chin, then he punched the man in the gut, knocking the wind out of him. He hunched over. Skar was countering everything, and wasn't giving him time to do anything about it. While he was hunched over, Skar lifted his leg then brought it down upon the man's head, drilling him into the ground. Blood spurted out of his mouth as his head connected with the ground. The man began pounding his fist into the ground, begging for the pain to end. Skar kept his heel firmly planted into the man's head until eventually the man gave up, and passed out. Skar had won the first round of the Chuunin Exams, and was one step closer to the finals. He found his way back through the forest and back to the village. He walked into the inn he was staying, and fell asleep in his cot. Kina wasn't there, so Skar thought she was still in her fight. He wanted her to win.. but then again.. did he? Would he be able to go all out against his best friend? His only friend? In the middle of the night, Skar woke up and looked over to find Kina sleeping in her cot. At least she was home, he would ask her about her match in the morning. When he woke up, she was gone again. He thought she must have lost, and was taking her anger iut on training. He decided to leave her alone, and to try to comfort her later. He went out into town and tried to take his mind off of worrying about her, but to his avail, he ended up worrying more. What if she'd never come back? She was his only friend, would he be alone again? After a day of contemplation, he returned to the inn and slept again. Kina was still nowhere to be found. He woke up with the sun beaming down onto his face. He knew the drill, it was the next round. He looked into the sky. No trees to be found this time. The sun was shining, unhindered by clouds or tree branches. Skar began to stand up. He put his hand beside his waist to try to hoist himself up, but his hand went clean through where the ground was supposed to be. He looked to eathir side of him to see leaves and some small twigs jutting out around him for miles and miles. The reason he couldn't see any trees blocking the sun was because the trees where under him. He was on top of the forest.

The second round of the Exams was much much simpler for Skar than the last one. (Even though the last round wasn't much of a challenge either, this one definitely took the cake.) The opponent began the fight by leaping from tree to tree until he reached Skar. He jumped at Skar from the tree in front of him. Skar jumped to the tree to his left, and the man missed, fell to the forest floor, and was knocked unconcious. Skar almost wished he would have been more of a challenge, because it would have been fun to fight with the winner of the first round such as he. Almost. Now he had even more time to rest before the finals, and his opponent probably wouldn't get that luxury, so Skar considered himself lucky. He returned to the inn after his "fight" to catch some more shut-eye. Kina still wasn't there. Skar was worried a bit, but he knew she could handle herself being how good of a fighter she was. Even so, if things were working out like the rest of his life had, she probably just ditched him. Mixed in a confusion of being let down, worried, and angry, Skar went to sleep. He didn't know what to do other than sleep. He didn't know what to think.

A few days went on without Kina ever showing up, and Skar had almost given up on her. He fell asleep for the last time in his cot at the inn that night, for tomorrow would change everything. He woke up in a huge, open, grassy plain. He could see for miles and miles nothing but rolling hills and more of that blue-green grass. There were lines painted at his feet that formed a huge box about a half mile wide that extended out in front of him for another half mile. A masked man walked up to him and looked him right in the eye and said, "Stay in the lines or you're disqualified. Good luck." Then he vanished. The person standing all the way at the other end of the box was told the same thing by a similar agent before he too disappeared. The two shinobi stood a half mile apart, staring at each other from across the field. His opponent was too far away to make out clearly, but he did not want to approach. He had never been good at offense. He watched as his opponent began sprinting at him after he did not make his move. They got closer.. closer.. And Skar began realizing very slowly who it was. "No.." he said. He figured it would come to this. That's why she had been avoiding him. She was trying to get rid of the bond they shared before the battle so they could both go all out. It was Kina. It was always Kina. Skar knew it the whole time, but he had not come to terms with it until now. He took his stance. He was confused, and hurt, and so many other things that floated around in his mind.

Kina caught him off guard when she reached him because he was still in a state of confusion. She brought her fist around into his gut, knocking the wind out of him. He doubled over, with his hand to his stomach. He couldn't breathe, couldn't think. Someone else had abandoned him. How could she? They had been best friends for almost 4 years. "What's wrong, Skar? Can't keep up? You could never get your head out of the clouds," she said. Skar glared up at her from the ground, enraged. He placed his hand on his knee and hoisted himself onto his feet. "Come at me then," he said. She grinned and sent a flurry of attacks at him. First, a hand came around to sidesweep his face. He pushed it back with his left hand. Then came a kick aimed at his chest. He grabbed her foot, and twisted, spraining her ankle. She howled in pain, then spun around with the limp foot as if to use its dead-weight to her advantage. Skar stuck out his right hand, grabbing it again, while still glaring at her. She began to laugh. "You're so weak," she said. Skar pushed away on her leg, and sent her spinning the opposite direction. As she completed the forced spin, her jaw met his fist. She spat out blood and a tooth, and grimaced. Now she was getting serious. She sent a punch at his cheek, which he missed to counter, and it made contact. He stumbled back, and realligned his jaw. As he turned at her, she kicked him in the stomach, and he again doubled over. As he went down, she wound back her leg, and brought it across his face. He went careening backwards, and landed on his back about 20 feet from her. She sprinted after him and curbstomped his head into the ground. He couldn't see. His eyes were swollen over, and blood poured over them. His nose was broken, and his tailbone was shattered because of the fall. He grunted. This was it. He lost. He couldn't do anything. His only friend had just mutilated him. The last thing Skar remembered was watching her walk away from him, and the announcer proclaiming her as the victor, and him as runner-up. After that, he woke in a hospital, laying in a bed with a doctor looking at him. "You've been out for a few days now, son. You fought hard, and you're a Chuunin now!" he said, trying to be cheery despite the situation. Skar grinned as best he could, his face hurt in every possible way. In fact, his whole body hurt. He was a Chuunin finally. He fell back asleep; he only had enough strength to stay awake for a couple minutes at a time for the next week he was in the hospital.

After being in the hospital for about ten days, something happened that would only confuse Skar further. He hadn't been able to figure out why Kina did what she did, but this definitely made the answer further out of his grasp. A man with an over-coat walked into Skar's hospital room. Skar asked who he was, but the man didn't answer. He ignored his question, and instead told Skar something else. He said, "Skar, you know a girl named Kina?" "Yes.. What's this about?" Skar replied. "She's been declared a missing ninja for crimes I can't speak of right now. I need you to come with me, Huoshangakure requires your assistance." Skar was confused at the strange man asking for him personally, but he knew it must be important if Kina was involved. The man bowed his head, then walked out the door. Skar fell asleep. In the morning after waking up, he journeyed to the village of the volcano. Skar turned 14 during his voyage to Huoshangakure. This was the first time in awhile he had had to spend his birthday alone, Kina used to be there to celebrate with him. He arrived at the village about a week after leaving the village in the forest, and immediately he rented a room at the inn and slept in a bed for the night. He woke up in the Kage's office.

The man with the overcoat was standing behind the desk, staring at Skar. "Took your sweet time, didn't you?" he asked. "You're the Kage? Why did you come all the way to the forest to find me?" Skar ignored the man's rhetoric question. "There's been an issue with your friend, Kina, and oh yeah, we have this letter for you from Morigakure. Congrats," he replied. Skar took the letter and asked, "but I still don't get why you personally had to come." The kage answered, "I don't get out much, thought I'd take the opportunity. Read the damn letter." Skar knew he was obviously pestering him with all the questions, so he dropped it. He opened the letter.

It read: "Skar Dovahkiin, it is our pleasure to inform you that in light of recent events, your final opponent in the Chuunin Exams has been nullified from her victory. You are now the champion. Congratulations, you're a Special Jounin now." Skar was taken back, to say the least. Not at the fact that he was a Special Jounin now, but that his friend, Kina, had dont something so horrible that it had gotten her victory completely made void. "Anyway," continued the Kage, "We believe she is somewhere in the village. You don't have to fight her, or anything spectacular, but you know her better than anyone. We want you to at least find her, and tell me where she is. After that, you're free to leave and never come back if you'd wish. Hell, you don't even have to think about this situation for the rest of your life. Just move on." Skar looked bewildered. How could he just move on from this whole situation? But then again, maybe it was better if he just Left Kina behind. Maybe it was time for him to move on after all. There was indeed the matter of finding Kina first, however. He recollected to the times he spent travelling from village to village with his best friend. He then knew. She'd be in the attic room of the inn. The attic room. No one ever wanted the attic room, and no one would look for someone if they wanted to lay low up there; it was perfect. Skar said to the Kage in front of him, "Alright, I'll find her. But first, where's the local inn? I want to sleep comfortably if I'm going to be doing you favors." The Kage nodded his head. "Go down that elevator, out the front door, turn left down the street and walk for about four blocks. The Moonlight Inn will be on the left side," he told his guest. Skar nodded, "Thank you." Skar set off to find his betrayer. He made it to the inn, and picked out where the attic room was from the street, and climbed up the back of the building to the window, and slipped in.

Kina woke up from her nap. She stretched her hands up over her head after sitting up. She stood up, and went to the bathroom to rinse her face with some cold water. As she lifted up her head to check herself in the mirror, a dark figure had been standing behind her, watching. She whirled around to see her stalker. No one was there. She walked out to where her bed was, and laid back down. "I'm going crazy," she said. "Unfortunately, that happened a long time ago," came a deep, but seemingly childish voice from the corner of the room. She sat up again in her bed, and looked to the armchair in the corner of the room. Skar was sitting there, looking at her. Skar didn't know what to feel. Sure, she betrayed him, but this girl was his best friend, maybe even more if he could ever find a way to admit it. What if he was in love with her? She stood up, and he stood up. They walked towards each other, cautiously at first, then rushed into each other's arms. They hugged for about 10 minutes. "I've missed you, a little too much," said Kina. "And I you, Kina. Why did you run away?" Skar asked. He was beamingly happy, but deep in the recesses his mind, he was still hurt. She replied with, "Another time, Skar. Right now all I want is you. We'll worry about all that other stuff later." Kina grabbed Skar by the back of the neck, and kissed him. The funny thing was, even after all that had happened, he kissed back. They kissed for what seemed like hours. That single kiss grew with intensity at every passing minute, and soon it became one of passion. It began with Kina taking off Skar's ruffled sweater, and then his jeans. Soon after it had begun, They were both holding each other, still kissing, and naked. Skar spent the night with Kina. It was a very... intense night, to say the least. Skar woke up in Kina's bed, with her laying on his right arm. He looked over at her; she was already awake, and looking at him. She smiled, but then Skar realized the whole reason he wanted to see her. Immediately he sat up, and asked, "Kina. What did you do? Why did you run from me? Why are they out there looking for you?" She remained silent, and just gazed at him with sad, depressed eyes. He thought maybe it was best to just leave it alone. The next four years were sort of a blur to Skar. He spent them in the village of the moon, doing missions for the Kage, and "searching" for Kina. And by "searching," Skar meant "living with," but the Kage didn't need to know that little nugget of information. During this time period, for his activity in the village and his loyalty to the Kage, he was promoted to Jounin at age 18. Almost on a weekly basis after finding Kina, he would ask her why she did all that she did, and also what she did, and every time Kina wouldn't answer. She would change the subject, or simply not say anything. Skar became enraged on one of these days. This was it. He couldn't take it anymore. He approached Kina, and asked all the questions again. She said, "Stop asking, I'm never going to tell you. Can't you just let it go and be happy with me?" she asked. He replied simply, "No," and walked out the door. About 15 minutes later he arrived at the Kage's office. He wasn't there, but that was ok, Skar had written a letter. On the letter all it said was, "Moonlight Inn. Attic room." Skar dropped the letter on the desk, and walked out the door.

Chapter 2
Skar had always wanted to return to his home, back at Arashigakure, but he had always been afraid people would still be looking for him. Well, after 8 years, Skar thought it was time to head home, so he set off on his long journey from the volcano village, and headed back to the village of the storm. He had to get out of there though, or he might be tempted to go check on Kina, which he couldn't do. What had been done was done, and there was no going back. There was only room to move forward, so he did. His long journey took about a year or so, and he traveled through many villages and other places on the way there. In fact, he decided to not go back to his home, and instead go to one of his family's old summer-home in Morigakure. He met many strange people, and he had killed many strange thieves. It was funny how once he was out on his own again, thieves seemed to be attracted to him as a nomad a lot more than they used to. He was now 19, and was entering the city through the massive forest surrounding it.

He would have been entering the city, but what he met was much more gruesome than he expected. He walked into a massive clearing of forest, where the village of Morigakure was supposed to be. What he found, was a huge crater. A crater filled with dead, ashlike trees. He walked into the wasted hole in the ground that was once where he had lived many summers ago, and where he had gone through his Chuunin Exams. What had happened? He was taken back, choking on a twisted combination of confusion and sadness. As well as pity. Who could murder so many? Who could do this? A tear streamed down his troubled face, sliding along the crevices in his skin that were the result of so many years of sadness. The tear reached the bottom of his chin, and fell to the forest floor.

Rohim continued to live in the forest surrounding the wreckage of the once-proud Morigakure for months to come. Soon months turned to years. The spot that had been shed a single tear upon had sprouted a small weed from underneath the ashes. Little did Skar know, that at that moment, that weed changed the course of history for the land surrounding here. Skar was enveloped by that single weed. A weed had grown from this barren wasteland of nothingness. That weed, that one little weed, resembled the vast concept of hope in its entirety. If something, if anything, could grow out of this, there was still hope for this once deep forest. That night, Skar wrote a poem using parchment he had made out of deer-skin, and a quill made of a huge leaf he had plucked from a tree. Into the parchment, he etched a poem that would resemble his entire life:

"Each breath I take, grows evermore weak.
My life still lingers as an impervious lie.
Each word that I speak, is a terrible shriek,
As my soul bleeds with an ominous cry.

I will keep on fighting back the tears,
The world will not see who I am.
My life is tarnished by suffering and fear.
Fear that I am forevermore damned.

You will never know who I am, sadly.
Nor will you ever want to realize what’s true.
I will not reveal my hidden face, gladly.
Seems you’ll never have to care again, lucky you.

I burn inside like a hero in the dark,
Just waiting to be seen by someone who cares.
Every cut in my heart, leaves an unbelievable mark.
But leave me be, I don’t want your prayers.

My spirit screams with every word I whisper.
It begs and yearns to break out of its meaningless shell.
You will never truly know what lies inside,
What I go through is a constant, unforgiving hell.

A hell that rages evermore with each day,
A hell that chokes my neck with a binding rope.
But I will force the demons of my heart to pay,
With this everlasting and this life-renewing flower of hope."

He read the poem aloud, as it it were a song. It's keys and notes seemed to echo throughout the forest around him. Something was happening. He focused chakra into his vocal chords, as if he were about to sing, but instead sang this perpetual song. As he sang, the weed grew. It grew rapidly into a massive tree. A tree with roots as thick as hid entire body, and leaves as wide as his skull. He kept singing, growing louder and louder, until the song was finished. Upon his finishing the song, the tree was bigger than anything he had ever seen. His eyes grew wide, but his heart was filled with a serenity he had never felt before in his lifetime. He wrote countless songs with countless lyrics and meanings, raising trees as massive as the first from the crater in the ground. He sang the trees into elegant buildings and walkways, creating a huge, peaceful living area completely made of these huge, magical trees. Eventually this are became known, once more, as Morigakure, and Skar Dovahkiin was made the Tsurukage of the new village. He lived a happy life in the village in the forest, forgetting the troubles that plagued his past. He also developed a strong curiosity in his clan. In order to learn more about it, he went to countless artifacts, ancient libraries, and other villages to find any information he could. He found a single book in his travels teaching of the Way of the Dov, which he found out to be the abilities of his clan. Using rituals made known to him in the book, he strengthened himself in accordance with the ancients of his clan. Today, this book remains hidden somewhere in the Castle of Ellesmera, unknown to all. Making him alone the remaining Dovahkiin with the knowledge of the Great Rituals. He now lives in the forest peacefully, waiting for his next adventures to take him away.

After four years, Skar was twenty-six years old. His life had turned from the worst to the best, and he had learned lessons about life that many men would have preferred to live without, but that was a good thing. Skar was different than most men, and knew how to truly live, and in turn, how to truly rule. He was an honest man, and an honest leader. His life had reached a peaceful time at last. Although, his adventures were far from over. Let this chapter end, and the next chapter begin.

The End

RP Sample: After he had returned to Hariken from his competition in the Chuunin Exams, Rohim was worn out. He decided he needed a few drinks to celebrate, even though he didn't really have any family to share his victory with. He was sporting a white suit jacket and pants with a red tie and a white fedora. His sword was at his waste, underneath his suit-jacket. He found the nearest bar on the East side of town, and sat down at the bar, popped out a cigarette, and ordered a beer. "Bartender, I'll take a beer, no preference," he had said to the man behind the counter. "Aye, sure kid, that'll be 5 ryo." Rohim flipped him the money, and the bartender slid a beer bottle down the counter. Rohim caught it and took a drink. The cold, crisp beer felt good running down his sore throat. Sure, beer didn't taste like much, but it was better than the blood and sweat that filled his throat prior to today. "This one's for me," he said as he took another drink, then he brought his cigarette up to his mouth, and breathed in. It was good to finally relax.

Rohim noticed two more men sit down at the bar on either side of him. One of which was older than him, one was about the same age. Rohim didn't say anything. Superfluous attention always caused scenes in this village, especially in the bars. Rohim knew if they wanted to make conversation they would. After a while of remaining silent, Rohim got bored however. He turned to say something to the younger man to his right, opened his mouth to speak, and was yanked off his chair by the back of his jacket. After whatever it was that picked him up let him go, he turned to find a 7-foot tall man with a soul patch, a beer gut, and some pretty massive arms. "You're in my seat, pretty boy," he said in a husky voice. Rohim's immediate thought was, "Pretty boy? That's the best you can do?" but instead said, "Oh, go ahead, it's all yours." The man looked surprised at how easy that struggle was, and said with a stutter, "I.. yeah. Glad we got that straightened out." Rohim grinned and waved to his seat so the man could sit down. As the man started walking towards the bar stool, Rohim stuck his foot out and tripped the man. As he fell forward, Rohim palmed the back of his head, and shoved it as hard as he could into the bar, knocking him out cold. He stood motionless as all the eyes in the bar turned to him. Now to await the chaos.
