The Accursed (WIP: Except for Accursed Mark 1)

100% passively is way too much. 10% is probably where you could be and that still is stretching

What if I drop the ninjutsu and kenjutsu to -80%?

No. That would put a D rank at about an SS rank level. 100% = 5 Ranks a D rank has 20%. So they would be at about a 120%. So edit it to 10%

Oh.. it's not Taijutsu though. It's speed and strength. Basic physical properties. Like.. the first gate. Except its Kekkai Genkai, with repercussions. Like nerfing other jutsu a lot.

Passive. Gates require chakra release, and this is equal to the 5th gate in speed and strength. No debating. Change it or it is denied as is.

I thought the first gate doubled speed and strength? Ohh.. right.. the whole potential thing just came out. Alright, I'll change it to the ratio of the new system. Hold on.

Alright, I think I got it all converted over to the new ratio. If I missed anything, tell me where it's at. I'm pretty sure I got it all though.

For the strength and speed increase I would need a defense and intelligence decrease of 20% as well. You can't have a passive that increases or decreases a specialization. Also to activate each stage someone needs to expel chakra. The second stage is a 20% increase from your passive, so about 25 chakra should do it. Second stage is a 40% increase, so 45 chakra should be good as well. The last stage is an 80% increase, so about 85 chakra should be fine. Unless another admin states otherwise. As well every stage needs a certain rank to be active. Passive is genin, second stage could be S. Jounin and so on.

Okay, I'm just going to throw something out here. I MAY be wrong, but I'm going to say what's on my mind anyway.

Firstly, the speed and strength issue. It isn't a passive increasing a specialization. If it were increasing my Taijutsu, it would be increasing my knowledge of the art of Taijutsu and my prowess in using it. Speed and strength are not a specialization. They are physical attributes. Which are allowed to be made passive abilities. If you'll just look at the Eagle Eye stages, they increase both speed and reaction time in each stage without costing any chakra. There aren't even any drawbacks at all to that passive ability of increased physical attributes. I make mine cost chakra AND greatly reduce specializations. And again, specializations does not mean physical attributes, it means the potential and prowess of the user in each specific art. So I have huge drawbacks, including complete nullification of some jutsu, AND I make it cost chakra, and you're asking me to do more? Even when there are plenty of passive abilities that boost physical attributes, like speed and strength. I will make it cost more chakra to reach a compromise with you, but I will not lower by defense and intelligence, because I have done a lot to nullify a passive boost of physical attributes, which again is a clan ability, and clan abilities don't usually have drawbacks as big as mine as they are even now. So here is my compromise to the chakra increasing:

I'm going to request not using your method of chakra usage, because you simply took the percentage increase of the physical attribute boost and added 5 onto the number. Also, I'm not making my passive cost chakra, because its a passive clan ability, like the Eagle Eye. (I keep using that as an example, because it is a good example) The Eagle Eye doesn't cost ANY chakra for its *passive* physical attributes, so I'm not making my passive one cost chakra. So here's what I'm thinking. First stage is a 20% (or 1 rank) boost, right? So, let's pretend this is a jutsu. Let's pretend I started at D rank, ok? So let's add a rank. C rank jutsu costs 20 chakra. Therefore, the first stage will cost 20 chakra to access. The second stage is a 40% (2 rank) increase. Therefore, let's take the next jutsu. That means the second stage will cost the same as a B-rank jutsu, which is 30. The next, which goes up another rank, will cost as much as an A-rank (because that is up another rank). That way, we can just make the final stage cost as much as an S-rank jutsu, which means the last rank would cost 50 chakra.

I think all my complies are fair, and I do want to compromise by increasing chakra cost. BUT, I will not lower my intelligence or defense, because that will clash with the personality I plan to give to my character. Also, I will not make my passive cost chakra, because it's passive, and in my defense, would be one of the only clan abilities that boost physical attributes to cost chakra.. ever. That is my compromise, I'll await your response. I hope you can understand all of my arguments.

As you have stated your argument is fine. You can keep it as is, with the increase then. I will ask that it takes a charge time then, to go up a stage, and you need to go from stage one, to stage two, to stage three in that order. I will allow you to put your own charge numbers, as I trust you will make it fair.

Again you do not need to add a chakra cost.

If you want you can take out the chakra consumption and just increase each charge by one post and it's all fine with me.

How about I leave the first stage as one charge-post.. since its the first stage and that seems appropriate, but still bump up the others? Then for that last option of switching right to it once you hit S-rank, I'll leave that as it is but take off 20 chakra and add another charge-post?

Description: First, the user uppercuts the opponent, and then roundhouse kicks them. Then he runs past the opponent 3 times, punching them in the process, which makes the opponent fall down. Last, the user knees the opponent in the stomach while they're on the ground. All hits have the strength of standard punches/kicks of a ninja at the rank of the user. If the initial uppercut lands, the rest of the combo is unavoidable. The charge time for this jutsu is standard for other jutsu of this rank pertaining to the rank of the user. It has a cooldown of two posts.

-How much damage is done to the opponent's body? Can the punches dent metal, and what kind? What can stop this attack? What rank of jutsu, be it tai or nin, can stop it?

They're all just standard punches and kicks, as I said in the jutsu. Each hit is just like any person the rank of the user punching you regularly. Don't we have a strength scale at all or anything like that? I'll add specifications if you really need me to, but I though standard punches were just.. you know.. standard punches

Just need to make sure. So this is just a combo that is undodgeable once the first punch is hit?
