Keep in mind, advanced elements work the same as basic elements. They have those they are strong against, and those they are weak against. Name: Wind Pulse Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Element: Wind Type: Ninjutsu Range: 8 ft Description: This jutsu does not require handseals, but a charge time that is equivalent to the handseal time. The user concentrates wind chakra into the palms of one of the hands or the bottom of one of the feet. They then expel the launcher with a palm or kick to release the chakra into a wind pulse that is semi-circular and travels at about 40mph. The diameter of the pulse is about 5 feet. Upon contact it will either knock an opponent back 5 feet, deflect a weapon attack or taijutsu attack, and redirect D rank ninjutsu a few feet, taijutsu, and kenjutsu depending on the angle. Name: Reversal Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Element: N/A Type: Taijutsu Range: (Arm's Length) Description: This jutsu does not require handseals, but a charge time that is equivalent to the handseal time. The user charges chakra throughout their body for a counter-attack. When the user is either punched or kicked his speed and reaction will quickly increase so much that it would be nearly impossible to react. The user will then grab the opponent and slam them onto the ground then jump back five feet. This jutsu is only effective on the user's rank, and any special attribute that would be able to slow down time for the opponent would render it null and void (Sharingan for example) The damage depends on the weight of the opponent, his/her equipment, and the ground its self. Not effective against weapons. Cooldown 5 posts.
Name: Parry Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Element: N/A Type: Kenjutsu Range: (Sword Length) Description: This jutsu does not require handseals, but a charge time equivalent to the handseal time. The user charges chakra into their sword arm. Upon attacked by a weapon the user will deflect the attack and open the opponent for a follow up attack, example: the opponent does a downward slash, the user then party's the sword away from him and leaves the opponents weapon arm extended away from him. The speed at which the defensive technique is released is faster then any can react to. The jutsu is only effective on an opponent of the user's same rank and with a weapon and the opponent using a weapon. The jutsu can be nulified by any special attribute the opponent may have (Sharingan for example). Cooldown 5 post.

The user causes their chakra to circulate throughout the body to increase Strength and Speed by 5%. A 2 post cool down after use
Name: Kenjutsu Mastery Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Element: N/A Type: Kenjutsu Range: Sword Length Description: This jutsu is passive. The user utilizes their mastery of kenjutsu to preform quick and precise slashes. The user circulates chakra through their body to increase Speed and Reaction by 5%. For example, if it takes the user 1 second to see an attack coming and react to it, then when the jutsu is in effect it would take .85 seconds to see an attack coming and react to it. This has a 2 post cool down.

Name: Battle High Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Element: N/A Type: Taijutsu Range: (Fighting Range) Description: This jutsu does not require handseals, but a charge time that is equivalent to the handseal time. The user charges chakra throughout their whole body, then regulates around the muscles and brain to release endorphins to give the user a battle high which will modify their personality to want to fight more ruthlessly. The chakra circulating throughout the muscle system increases their capacity for stress, making strength and jump ability increase by 10%, but kenjutsu skill is reduced by 20%. All taijutsu techniques are increased by 10%. Afterwards the user feels lethargic and their motivation to continue fighting drops, which reduces all stats by 10%. This lasts for 15 posts, and has a cooldown of 5 posts.
Name: Graceful Stance Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Element: N/A Type: Kenjutsu Range: (Sword Length) Description: This jutsu does not require handseals, but a charge time that is equivalent to the handseal time. The user charges chakra throughout their body, to the muscles and the weapon arm(s). The chakra circulating through the brain releases endorphins that modify the user's personality to love their weapon and understand its craftsmanship. The user will attack and defend with more grace and balance. The chakra circulating throughout the muscles increases the time they are able to expand and contract. The user's reaction and speed are increased by 10%, but their taijutsu skill is decreased by 20%. All kenjutsu techniques are increased by 10%. Afterwards the user feels a slight disdain for their weapon, and will feel an extreme urge to sheath it. This last for 15 posts, with a cooldown of 5 posts.
Name: Whirlwind Aura Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Element: Wind Type: Ninjutsu Range:6 inches Description: After the needed handseals the user will concentrate wind chakra around their body to form a sort of wind aura that constantly swirls around them and increases the space to about 6 inches. The wind deflects most air, and drastically reduces wind resistance around the user, which will increase the speed by 20%. The wind also causes the user to feel lighter and decrease the weight load of the user by 10 lbs. Since there are swirling currents around the user, any thrown weapon can be redirected, but only if it at least the size of a kunai. The duration is 12 post with an 8 post cooldown.

Name: Whirlwind Explosion Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Element: Wind Type: Ninjutsu Range: 50 ft Description: After the needed handseals the user concentrated a large amount of wind chakra into the body. After a post of charging the user will release the wind chakra into a huge cutting and slashing whirlwind in a sphere with a 50 foot diameter and is 100 ft high that creates a five foot crater in the middle of the whirlwind where the user stands. The whirlwind had a large pulling force and can easily suck in any object that weighs 200 lbs, can drag an object that weighs 300 lbs at maximum. The whirlwind is strong enough to make a 3 in slash in steel, and if an opponent is caught in the whirlwind they will be slashed about 3 in deep and cut through any steel armor or weapon. 10 post cooldown.
Name: Gale Blast Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Element: Wind Type: Ninjutsu Range: 100 ft Description: After completing the needed handseals the user will charge wind chakra into one of their limbs, one post for each limb. After the user will release the wind chakra into a powerful 130 mph wind blast that has a 20 ft diameter in a semi-circular blast. The power of the wind will knock an opponent back 50 feet, and is strong enough to rip the trees out of the ground from the roots. If launched at a distance of 10 ft or less, it will crack the bone in the limb that they hit, if the chest is hit 3 ribs will crack. The attack can also deflect up to B rank ninjutsu. For every limb it takes 30 chakra to charge in and release. This attack has a 10 post cooldown.
Name: Water Style: Water Dragon Jutsu (Suiton: Suiryūdan no Jutsu) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Suiton Distance: 0-200 ft Description: This technique shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. If damage is dealt directly, the dragon has the same force as a spear thrown with enough force to pierce through iron. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the ninja's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is any water. The amount of water used depends on the skill of the ninja using it. The basic, standard size is 30 ft. It can maximize 100 ft if the user is around enough water. The larger the dragon, the harder it is to dodge. Handseals. Cooldown of 4 posts.
Special Jounin if their primary element is water, can create the dragon without any water around only ONCE. Jounin and up for everyone else still, only ONCE.
If a ninja were to maximize the size of the dragon, here is what is required per rank. An ocean for chuunin. A lake for Special Jounin w/o water as primary. A River for jounin and s. Jounin with primary element being water. Can create at maximum size only ONCE without any water around. The next attempt needs a river.
Name: Water Release: Exploding Water Shock Wave (Suiton: Bakusui Shōha) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Suiton Distance: 30 yards Description: The user spits out a great volume of water from their mouth, swallowing up and crushing the enemy with the advancing surge. This turns into a wave when the user spews an amount of water from their mouth, which expands into a giant wave of water, rolling forward at the opponent. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speed(80 MPH), and attack the enemy, if swept off their feet, without fear of counter-attacks. The amount of water created is proportional to the amount of chakra used. Afterwards, the water remaining can be used for suiton techniques(This also applies for enemies who wish to use the water) As it is a B rank, this move can only create a small lake (30x30x30 yards). Doton, being waters weakness can defeat the move. C rank will weaken it considerably, and B rank and above will nullify the move. D rank and below will have no effect. The proper amount of handseals will be needed for the users rank. This jutsu has a cooldown of 10 posts, and can only be used twice per topic.

Name:Graceful Demon Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Element: N/A Type: Kenjutsu Range: (Sword Length) Description: This jutsu does not require handseals, but a charge time that is equivalent to the handseal time. This jutsu works similar to Artful Stance, but much more chakra is pumped throughout the system. The chakra causes the sympathy area of the brain to go dormant, and the ruthless and vengeful side to spark up. The chakra also pours in the eyes to clear vision and mimic an adrenaline surge, which increases the reaction by 50%, speed by 50%. The user will only have the urge to use their weapon, not their fists. The chakra circulating in the brain modifies the personality as well, causing the user to become excessively cruel and their movements to be smooth and graceful. Afterwards the user's sympathetic and kind side activate, and the sudden surge causes the user to be remorseful for their actions, and all skills a reduced by 30%. This lasts 10 posts, but has a 8 post cooldown.

Name:Furious Euphoria Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: S Element: N/A Type: Taijutsu Range: (Fighting Range) Description: This jutsu does not require handseals, but a charge time that is equivalent to the handseal time. This jutsu is similar to Battle high, but the brain circulation causes a much different reaction. The chakra dulls all other emotions and increases the anger by finding the user's memory that had caused them the most anger, and amplifies the emotion into an uncontrollable rage. The user will forget all weapons and only use taijutsu. The chakra circulating in the body actually increases the muscle mass to increase the strength and amount of stress the muscle can withstand, while increasing the speed at which the muscle and expand and contract. The chakra acts as a second circulating blood system, which increases the flow of oxygen to the body and increases heart pumping speed. This will give the user with an All stats, kenjutsu, and taijutsu is increased by 70%. The jutsu modifies the personality to make the opponent, or opponents, be the cause of all their pain and suffering. However, the user cannot tell the difference between ally and enemy and will attack wildly. Afterwards the anger is dulled and the user's muscles will be overworked, and will not be able to move, as well as cause all the pain and sadness they've felt throughout their whole life to comeback at once, rendering them incapable to fight at all. Can only be used once per topic, and lasts 7 Posts.
