Name: Feral Reflex Canon/Custom: Custom Type: Taijutsu Element: N/A Distance: N/A Description: The Ookami will gather chakra throughout eyes, nose, ears, and nervous system, increasing their productivity and input/output speed. This increased reflex and speed by 5%, and their senses are even more sensitive, able to increase the range of their pin-point abilty by 10 yards, but also makes them more susceptible to sound or scent jutsu. 5 post duration with a 7 post cooldown.
Name: Feral Weapon Canon/Custom: Custom Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Distance: N/A Description: The Ookami will concentrate chakra into they fingers, toes, and teeth. They will then force their wolf-half to aid them with natural weapons, and the Ookami will grow 3 inch claws and fangs. The claws can slash 1 inch into steel and 1.5 inches into human flesh, and the fangs can penetrate 1 inch into flesh. 5 post duration with a 7 post cooldown.
Name: Doton: Doryuu Taiga (Earth Release: Earth Flow River) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Element: Doton Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Description: After the required handseals, the user turns the ground beneath the target into a river of mud. The river will start under the opponent's feet and will expand for a few meters. The river is three meters wide. If the opponent gets caught in the river, he or she will be stuck, bound by the sticky mud. After the jutsu stops advancing, all that is left is a motionless pool of mud. It cannot uproot trees or affect terrain at a large scale. The cooldown is one post after the technique is used.

Name: Lycan Canon/Custom: Custom Type: Kekkai Genkai Element: N/A Distance: N/A Description: The Ookami will concentrate chakra into their bodies, and force their human-half and wolf-half to fuse together, taking the form of this fusion into a werewolf. The user will grow 6 inches taller, and their muscle mass will increase by 15%, as well as giving them natural claws and fangs that are about 6 inches long. The claws are as strong as steel, and can cut two inches into steel, as well as cutting two inches into humans, the fangs being able to pierce 2 inches worth of steel, as well as humans. As well the Ookami's speed and strength is increased by 10%. All Ookami ninjutsu is increased by 5%. 6 post duration with a 10 post cooldown.
Name: Full-Wolf Canon/Custom: Custom Type: Kekkai Genkai Element: N/A Distance: N/A Description: The Ookami will concentrate chakra throughout their body, forcing the wolf-half to take control, transforming the Ookami into a wolf, a pure wolf. The wolf depends on the users size, but are on all fours. The user gains 3 inch claws and fangs, that are as strong as steel able to pierce 2 inches into steel and humans. Speed and reflex is increased by 10%, and all Ookami ninjutsu is increased by 10%. 6 post duration with a 10 post cooldown.
Name: Howl Canon/Custom: Custom Type: Ninjutsu Element: Wind Distance: 35 ft Description: The Ookami will concentrate chakra into their mouth and vocal chords, fusing both wind and normal chakra together. The Ookami will then release the a powerful semi-spherical wind/sound blast out of their mouth. The semi-sphere is 20 feet wide and moves at about 10 ft/s. The sound of the howl, if the opponent is ten feet away, will damage the eardrums and disorient the opponent by reducing their reflex and speed by 10%, which lasts for 2 posts. The wind infused in the howl can cause 1 inch cuts and knock someone back 20 feet, regardless of distance. A D-Rank fire technique can dissipate it. 3 post cooldown.
Name: Blood Frenzy Custom Rank: C Element: N/A Type: Kekkai Genkai Range: N/A Description: This jutsu can only be activated after the user has tasted an opponents blood. Once the blood has been tasted, the user will lick his palm, putting some of the blood on the palm, and preform the handseals. Once this happens, the user goes into a frenzy, into a blood lust almost. He is able to track down the opponent using only his nose, and the user becomes more fierce. The user, now in a frenzied and blood lust like state, will get 30% increase in strength and taijutsu skill, and also get a 30% increase in speed,. However this technique can only be used on a singular opponent, and beause of the blood lust reaction is decreased by 10%. This can last for up to 10 posts. 5 post cool down
Name: Suiken Ryuu - Drunken Fist Style Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Element: n/a Type: Taijutsu Range: personal Description: Suiken is fighting style utilizing alcohol to loosen the body's muscles and the unstructured movements make the users attacks harder to predict. By being in this drunken state, the user can take more damage without feeling the pain, gain higher agility and provide a natural fluidity to their movements. To obtain the state where this technique becomes usable a character must ingest alcohol for two rounds in a row, after that the chakra cost is deducted from them and this technique begins and the effects last for up to five rounds. The actual stats is that there is zero way to predict or anticipate the user's movements before they occur, a loss of pain occurs (though a good direct blow of B rank level or higher will end the effects of the jutsu early) and the user's speed is doubled along with their evasiveness.
Name: Exploding Seal Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Distance: N/A Description: Passive. Raleth will place his hand on a surface and place a seal on it. The seal is about 6 inches in diameter, spherical, and in the middle it forms a wolf paw. Upon activation from Raleth, the seal will explode. Raleth activates the seal by quickly spiking up his chakra, and can choose which one to explode. The explosion has a ten foot radius, and is a combination of a fire and pressure explosion. From 0-3 feet of the explosion, the opponent will feel 3rd degree burns and be knocked back ten feet. From 3-5 feet the opponent will be knocked back 5 feet, and feel second degree burns. From 5-10 feet the opponent will feel 1st degree burns, but not be knocked back at all. If the seal is placed on a structures weak points the structure can be damaged and possibly collapse. Up to triple reinforced steel can be broken from the force of the explosion, and anything flammable will be set on fire. It costs 5 chakra to place a seal, and the maximum amount Raleth can place is 20. This seal can not be placed on any opponent. These seals cannot be removed unless Raleth wishes, and if Raleth's chakra becomes too low, either from death or being beaten bad enough, the seals explode by themselves. If Raleth does a handseal after he places a seal he can make it that the seals will explode if he's hit.
Name: Doton: Retsudo Tenshō (Earth Release: Tearing Earth Turning Palm) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Doton Distance: 10 meters Description: This technique needs handseals. This technique causes a 10 meter x 10 meter area of the ground surrounding the enemy to spiral inwards on itself, burying them alive or crushing them. While not necessarily causing death, this jutsu does cause extreme pain and can cause suffocation if not evaded or escaped within the time allotted. This technique is much more damaging if used in rocky mountainous areas, or inside a cave. The rate at which the earth folds in upon itself depends on the user, and leaves the enemy with a set time to escape based on the user's rank:

If the attack does successfully entrap the opponent, crushing force is dealt, resulting in hairline fractures upon most of the bones, which cause some the movement of the enemy to be hampered by 10%. This effect is stackable, so if the opponent is caught in the technique twice, they will have 20% movement speed deducted. In order to escape from the snare of earth, the opponent must use a D-rank raiton or any other C-rank technique or higher in order to disrupt the flow of chakra through the earth. (4 post cooldown)

Name: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Shadow Clone Technique Cannon Rank: B Element: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Description: The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.
Name: Fiery Howl Canon/Custom: Custom Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire Distance: 100ft Description: After the needed handseals, the Ookami will concentrate chakra into their stomach, changing it into fire chakra and forcing the wolf-half to alter it, causing the fire to become full-moon white. The Ookami will then emit a 20 ft wide, white-flamed wolf head with an open mouth roaring at the opponent at 30 ft/s. The fire is hot enough to cause third-degree burns on contact, and severe second-degree burns if it brushes past the opponent. The wolf-head will clamp down on the opponent and explode in a fiery explosion that is 10 ft in diameter, and can cause third-degrees degree burns if they are at the center of the explosion which would be 2 feet away, severe third-degree burns if they are 3-7 feet away, and severe first-degree burns 8-10 feet away. An A rank wind technique or lower can increase the power by 20%, but a C rank water techinque can dissipate it. 5 post cooldown.
Name: Wolf Flame Canon/Custom: Custom Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire Distance: 1 inch Description: The Ookami will gather chakra around the surface of their skin, heating up the skin to a scorching degree. The Ookami will then burst into a white flame, that covers their whole body about an inch away from the body. The fire is hot enough to cause third-degree burns on contact, and can absorb up to B-Rank fire techniques, and a A-Rank wind technique or lower can cause the fires to become 10% stronger, but a C rank water technique can dissipate it. Last for 4 posts with an 8 post cooldown.
Name: Jisatsu Kage Bushin (Suicidal Shadow Clone) : Sacred Flame Wolf Taijutsu Custom Rank: B (free because of timeskip) Type: Taijutsu Element: Katon Range: 0-15 meters Description: This jutsu Requires handseals. This taijutsu can only be preformed if kage bushin no jutsu is activated, as is wolf flame. The user commands the clones to pounce on the opponent, spinning (very much like Getsuga) and drills into the opponent, causing 3rd degree burns onto the opponent, clone spins about 500 rpms. If a clone misses, and the flames graze an opponent, 2nd degree burns form where ever the contact was. The clones can explode whenever the user wants by doing a handseal, but the user cna make the clones explode on contatc by doing an extrahandseal in the begining of the jutsu. The explosion is in a 6 meter radius. Between 0-2 meters explosion can cause 3rd degree burns, knock an opponent away 10 feet. from 2-4 meters, causes 2nd degree burns, knocks an opponent 10 feet away. from 4-6 meters, causes 1st degree burns, knock an opponent back 5 feet away. Explosion is fire, and can also cause a harsh bright light which can stun an opponent for a few seconds. The wolves can travel about 90 mph. (If for example an opponent is 20 feet away, the shadow clones would reach the opponent in about 6 seconds.)
Name: Wolf Pack Custom Rank: B Element: N/A Type: Kekkai Genkai Range: N/A Description: This jutsu requires handseals. This jutsu can only be in affect if and only if Kage Bushin No Jutsu is activated. The user splits up their chakra through out the clones, and makes them way more stronger. It is better to only have a few clones, as this will keep their chakra higher. The clones are almost, almost, like the user. They are only 85% of the users strength when the clones were summoned. (this means 15% slower, 15% weaker, less reactive etc.) They can also read each others mind, making them capable of preforming combnation attacks, attacking the opponent like a wolf pack. 5 post cooldown
Name: Doton: Doryuudan (Earth Release: Earth Dragon Projectile) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Element: Earth Type: Ninjutsu Range: 150 ft Description: After the needed handseals the user will transfer chakra into their feet and transform the earth under into mud, forming it into the shape of a dragon's head. The dragon will then spit out 10 mud projectiles at 30 ft/s. The mud projectiles are spheres that are 1 ft in diameter, and are fired at a high enough rate to bruise bone, and if three hit it directly it can fracture bone. If used with Earth Release: Mud Flow River the jutsu is increased by 20%, and the dragon head can last for two posts. 4 post cooldown.
Name: Earth Style: Earth Dragon Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Element: Earth Type: Ninjutsu Range: 300 ft Description: After the needed handseals the user will transfer chakra into the ground, turning the earth under into mud. The user will then form the mud into a huge dragon that can be sent for an attack. The dragon is 30 ft long and 5 ft wide, and moves at 50 ft/s, with enough force to dent steel and pierce through iron. The dragon can break bones. If used in an area with mud already the dragon's size increases to 60 ft it's width goes to 10 ft, and the jutsu's strength is increased by 10% able to punh through steel. A C rank Raiton technique can break apart the dragon. If used with Earth Release: Earth Dragon Projectile the dragon's size increases to 100 ft and 20 ft wide, and the jutsu is increased by 20%, it can punch through reinforced steel easily. A B rank Raiton technique or higher can dissipate it if used with earth dragon projectile. The user can only make it 100 ft once per topic. The dragon can change direction up to three times. 4 post cooldown.
Name: Transfer Seal Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Distance: Must be in the same topic Description: Passive. The user places a seal on a person. The seal is about one foot in diameter and is best placed in the middle of the back. The seal is circular with a wolf head in the middle and the kanji "give" or the kanji "recieve" on it. The seal with the kanji "give" will then appear on the user's back. The user can then transfer their own chakra to whomever has the "receive" seal on them , after activating the seal with their own 40 chakra. The transfer is not instantaneous, and takes two posts for the whole chakra to be transferred. The maximum chakra that can be distributed by a person with the kanji "give" 30, and can only be given to those who have been summoned by Edo Tensei. This has a 1 week cooldown, if someone with the "give" kanji on their back tries to give more chakra or if they try to use it in the same week then the person with the "give" kanji will seal away their chakra forever. 1 week cooldown.
Name: Doton - Doryuu Heki (Earth Release: Earth Style Wall) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Doton Distance: 0-5 ft Description: The ninja will do the necessary hand seals and then spew a line of mud onto the ground. The mud will then grow into a large mud wall to help defend against incoming attack. The wall is 15 feet wide, 20 feet tall, and 4 feet thick. The wall can block up to A rank water jutsu, and all other B rnak jutsu except lightning. A C rank lightning technique can pierce it. The wall's strength is equivalent to reinforced steel, so any weapons that can damage reinforced steel can damage the wall. A Jounin Rank or higher does not have to spew mud out, they can place their hands on the ground and the wall will rise. The wall's appearance can differ between jounin. The wall forms at a speed of 10 ft/s, and lasts until it is destroyed. 5 post cooldown.
A Rank: 5 - Spoiler:
Name: Blazing Hunt Canon/Custom: Custom Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire Distance: 200 yards Description: The Ookami will concentrate fire chakra into their stomachs, and cause their wolf-half to separate the fire chakra into five different spheres. The Ookami will then spit out 5 six-inch wide spheres of fire on the ground. After a post the fire will form into five different white-flame wolves that are about the size of large wolves, about 3 feet from the ground, five feet long. The wolves cause third-degree burns on whatever they touch, and they can explode on the users request, but the user must hold a single handseal to do so. The explosion is 6 feet wide, and cause instantaneous third-degree burns, and knock an opponent back five feet. The wolves can last for three posts, or explode on the users request, afterwards dissipating into thin air. An S rank wind technique or lower can increase the strength of the jutsu by 20%, but a B rank water technique can dissipate it.
Name: Gale Reaper Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Element: Wind Type: Ninjutsu Range: 50 ft in every direction from the user Description: After the needed handseals Raleth will clap his hands, focusing wind chakra around his body to the point that gale force winds will surround his body and go out about 5 feet away from him in every direction. The winds are about the strength of a category 4 hurricane. During this time any ninja tools thrown at him will be redirected away from him and any B rank will be redirected.
Raleth will then form his hands into a ball shape, and condense the wind. During this time the winds are still surrounding Raleth. Raleth will then point his palms forward, and the wind will condense into two wind-scythes. The scythes are 1.5 feet long, with blades that are two feet long.
Raleth will then focus the wind to cause them to spin rapidly, the form of the scythes being lost and only spinning discs of wind will be seen, the discs about two feet in diameter. Raleth can then control the discs to strike and cut through and move anywhere that is maximum 50 feet away. The wind can cut 3 cm into triple reinforced steel, and shred through anything lower. It can cut up to four inches into humans per disc. The discs moves at maximum at about 60 mph. If the discs are vertical they can blow away any B rank tech. During this jutsu Raleth can do no attacks, and only walk forward, backward, or sideways. No other attack can be used while this is in effect. An A rank fire technique can dissipate it or a wind technique that is as strong as a category four hurricane and spinning in the opposite direction. This jutsu takes 3 posts to activate. Lasts for 5 posts. Used once per topic. Raleth will place his hand on a surface and place a seal on it. The seal is about 6 inches in diameter, spherical, and in the middle it forms a wolf paw, with the kanji "explode". Upon activation from Raleth, the seal will explode. Raleth activates the seal by quickly spiking up his chakra, and can choose which one to explode. Raleth can either place one seal, or eight seals. If Raleth places one seal the explosion is 40 ft in radius. If he places eight, each seal explosion is 5 ft in radius. The explosion is a combination of fire and a pressure wave, able to both burn and cause people to be knocked back. The 40 ft explosion causes 3rd degree burns, and can kill people if they are caught at least 5 ft in the center. from 5-15ft they will get massive 3rd degree burns all over their body, and be knocked back 30 ft. From 15-30ft the opponent will have third degree burns on their arms and chest, and be knocked back 20 ft. From 30-40ft the opponent will suffer small 3rd degree on their bodies and be knocked back 10 ft. The one seal explosion can easily destroy any building or structure, even if it is made of steel. The smaller explosions cause 3rd degree burns and knocks an opponent back 5 ft no matter the distance from the explosion. The smaller seals, if places on structural weak points, can destabilize a building or structure and cause it to collapse. Three small seals can take down a building or structure if placed at structural weak points, but the explosion its self can not bring down a building. If Raleth does the snake handseal he can make it so that if his chakra drops a certain level, either by being killed, knocked unconscious, or if he lowers it himself, the seal(s) can explode by themselves. 10 post cooldown. Twice per topic. The large seal is 20 ft in diameter, and the smaller seal is 6 inches in diameter. The seal can only be placed on an object whose surface area equals the diameter of the seal.
Name: Rasengan Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Distance: Touch Description: Minimum Chunin to use. The user channels an extreme amount of chakra into their palm, so much in fact that it takes on physical form and will explode in the hand before forming into its needed spherical form, for this reason a hightened understanding of chakra control is needed to use this so only people with ninjutsu as either their secondary or primary specialization are able to use this. When the technique is activated the user has two chances to hit their opponent, one in the post it is activated and one the round directly after, however if you miss the first time and have to use your second shot the power is considerably lower. If you land a hit the first time the rasengan dissipates and the second shot is unusable.
To actually begin the technique itself there are two ways, which way you use depends on your power level (rank). Chunin and Special Jounin require the use of a clone (any clone besides the basic E rank) to help them maintain chakra control and rotation, they must use the clone to continually spin the chakra for the time they need to use an A rank jutsu into their palm. For Jounin, S ranks and SS ranks the hand seals are able to be skipped due to their higher understanding of chakra control, they are only required to charge and rotate chakra into their palm for the same time it takes them to use an A rank jutsu.
First Strike After the activation of the technique the user charges forward and thrusts the technique into their opponent, the force power of the rasengan is enough to cut trough any material with ease. When the technique hits the opponent the the inital entrance wound is not to bad, barely a scratch, however it then rotates and expands out like buckshot. This results In a funnel like wound when if the intial strike was a three inch hole in the stomach it would gradually grow larger until the exit wound which would destroy the majority of the opponent's back side. This level of damage will normally kill someone within one to two posts. After the attack lands the user is thrown back from the recoil a minimum of forty yards through the air.
Second Strike Exactly like the first strike the user charges towards their intended target and thrusts their hand into the opponent. The second strike is made possible however by using stretching the energy that covers the sphere like a shell very thin, thus the power is considerably lower on the second chance. The loss of power makes it so the technique does not go all the way through an opponent, they are only able to make an attack deep enough to go in and expand about three inches in every direction. The damage inside does not destroy organs or tissue but simply ruptures and tears a bit. There will be serious internal bleeding resulting however.
This technique has a major drawback, however. The chakra drain and stress on the body make it so this technique is only able to be used once per week. However if someone is doing a large amount of in character battle they are able to recharge it through sheer will, for every three IC battles you are a part of in the cool down of the original use you are able to use rasengan once more, it can be recharged a maximum of three times in a week, an attempted start of a fourth will cause the user's body to completely shut down and kill them.
NOTE: Learning this technique does NOT allow someone to learn any other variant of the rasengan technique. In the future the staff may work out plausible versions of these techniques but for the time being they remain on the banned list.
Limitations: In order to use Rasengan you must have ninjutsu as a specialization of at least secondary level.

Name: Blood-Wolf Transformation Canon/Custom: Custom Type: Kekkai Genkai Element: N/A Distance: N/A Description: The Ookami gathers massive amounts of chakra throughout their body, forcing both their human-half and wolf-half to fuse together violently. The massive chakra causes the Ookami to transform into a half-wolf, but the violent fusion increases their rage and power, forcing massive amounts of blood to pump faster, changing the color of the fur into a deep red. The Ookami becomes 1 foot taller, and their muscle mass increases by 60%, and they gain 1 foot long claws and fangs. The claws and fangs are as strong as titanium-alloy, and can pierce a scratch into titanium-alloy, and rip through anything under that metal's strength. Their speed/reaction and strength are increased by 60%. During this form the Ookami goes into a blood lust, not distinguishing friend from foe, and going on a wild rampage. All Ookami techniques are increased by 20%. This lasts for 6 posts. Once per topic, and the Ookami passes out from the sheer force and power of the form.

The landslide itself travels at sppeds excess to fifty miles an hour. If the landslide makes contact with a target, the user can harden the land with his chakra trapping the target in whatever position that they were in at the time of the hardening. If the opponent is buried then he will most likely suffocate. Requires handseals. It can only be used once per topic.

Name: Weapon Break Custom Rank: E-S Element: N/A Type: Taijutsu Description: This jutsu requires a three post charge before it is used, and during which no other jutsu can be used. The user focuses chakra into any body part (Arms, Legs, Mouth etc.). This would increase the strength of that body part, so much in fact they would be able to break anything that is allowed, and has been concentrated into that body part.. A sign that the jutsu is being used in when the body part that the user has focused their chakra on will start to have a chakra aura, which can be seen by anybody. The chakra foucsed into said body part will have the increased strength, and release the chakra when they strike the object they want to break. It is a combination of the users strength from the chakra, and the chakra releasing on contact. 5 post cooldown. **Note the metals listed here are only examples.
